I haven't done any events for a while since I am no longer having the Elite status due to the poor circumstances with the pretentious phony structures plus all the hates from this Yelp politics that refuse to offer me the badge, yet I am thankful for this opportunity from a different market than my own San Diego, instead of being quiet, the CM just sent me here to have the best ice cream in the area, based on all the other reviews, they were missing some flavors, but not for me, I got lucky and had all the flavors of the day for my own choosing, I even got a plus one who also not "Elite" to join me and got hers. We got one sweet and one savory, crème brûlée and strawberry coconut, fun facts you get a special Yelp Elite spoon that change color when you dip it in the cold. The walk thru desert hills to the ice cream truck was easy, maybe they could have offered more shades to sit around the heat, but overall the experience was great. This place is amazing! Such a great story of how they came about and the owner is a delight to converse with. You can tell he put a lot of heart into his product. The truck itself is placed in the center of the mall and is very well designed! The lights and overall look is very appealing. Definitely catches your eye! Now, for the custard... my goodness it was delicious! I had the Nutella s'mores one and it was so incredibly tasty. You can taste each individual flavor in the product. I noticed the small details as each product is hand made and placed into these containers in their factories. Even the marshmallows inside had a slight charred flavor from the blowtorch! A 10/10 experience! A must try if you're ever in the Cabazon area. They also have several other locations between Palm Springs, the IE, and Orange County! read more

Perfect Pint is a family business, and at this site, the husband greeted us and told us about his wife, who is a chef trained in French cooking, hand makes the frozen custard. For those of you who don't know, it contains egg yolk, and it is denser, richer, and creamier than ice cream. Half a pint is $12 and a pint is $20, sounds about right considering what you're getting and where you're getting it at the higher end part of the outlet mall. Triple Raspberry Chocolate is great, but share it since it is so rich, and you are likely visiting and don't have a fridge to take it home.
