Shockingly good! I really am surprised with the level of yummy they fit in a bowl. Especially given its location next to the casino in the desert off the side of the freeway! I was a little nervous to try it out due to the location but my curiosity won out and I am glad it did! There are various options to suit your tastes and they are very generous with everything! The fish tasted fresh, and the other ingredients were all fresh tasting as well. The woman who was working there was also very friendly, and great at putting together one of the best poki bowls I've had in a while! Toppings like seaweed salad, mango, avocado... yummy! It was a shame I got mine to go because it was so stuffed that when I opened it to take a picture, it looked smooshed. Still tasted wonderful! Stopped by here on the way back from Joshua Tree. We were looking for something not too heavy and poke sounded like the perfect choice. There is plenty of seating inside and outside, both clean. Staff is friendly and service is quick. Ingredients were very fresh. I created my own bowl small bowl with 2 proteins ($16.95+tax), which is more than filling enough considering how generous they are with add-ons. I appreciate that they don't restrict you on how many you can add or charge you extra for avocado! Great place to grab an affordable meal next to the outlets read more

We have been here three times so far and every time it's excellent. The food is fresh and the prices are much more reasonable than other Poké bowl places. But I really like about here as you get to choose two different proteins for a bowl starting with a mini bowl that is $14.75. They have great toppings and super convenient. It's across the place where there is a car wash and charging stations so you can charge your car while you're eating and it's also near Hadley's. read more

Ended up stopping by here on my way home from the high des and it did not disappoint--I took a pic after eating a couple bites, I couldn't help myself. The fish here was fresh and delicious, the portioning is great and the everyone helping you out is super friendly. The place itself is clean, they have cold cucumber water and you can build your own poke bowl without paying extra for avocado which is rare lol. There are several different stations of made to order food. You go to the station you want and choose an entree and they carve it or make it for you. You choose a side that's already made, then at the end of the line, you pick up your food. They have a prime rib station, chinese noodles station, mexican station, and a seafood station. Too bad today they didn't have the lobster roll. They said their menu changes every 2 weeks or so. They have a beverage station and dessert station that you can grab 5 desserts at a time. If you want crab its an extra 20$ and alcohol is also extra. Overall, its decent. The prime rib was really good to me, but since they didn't have lobster roll today, I was disappointed.

I visited Poki Bowl and overall had a good experience. The food was fresh and tasty. I liked that you can choose different spice levels for the salmon and tuna, which is a nice option. The atmosphere inside is pleasant -- the place is clean and the interior has bright colors. There are only a few tables inside, but there's also a small shared patio outside with other cafes. We opted for brisket, ribs, chicken and swapped out the pulled pork for jalapeno sausage. This included 4 side dishes and honestly I know they're just sides but it definitely wasn't enough for four adults to enjoy. The large platter says it easily feeds six to eight people but the sides definitely only feed three. The brisket was good compared to California standards. It was moist, flavorful, and cooked just right but lacked a great smoky taste. The loaded fries were another standout. They were absolutely delicious, and the rich cheese sauce paired with the added jalapeños made them even better. Those were easily my favorite items on the menu. Unfortunately, the ribs were inconsistent. Some bites were tender, while others were extremely tough and difficult to eat. The food overall was also much greasier than expected, which took away from the enjoyment of the meal. The service left a lot to be desired. We had to keep asking for basic items throughout our visit, and our drinks didn't arrive until we had asked twice. Having to repeatedly remind the staff for things that should have come automatically made the experience frustrating. The seating arrangement was another disappointment. Our party of four was squeezed around a tiny table, even though there were larger tables available. To make matters worse, a group of six was seated at a three-top table directly behind us, blocking the aisle. People were constantly trying to squeeze between the tables, making the dining area feel cramped and uncomfortable. Considering the price, I expected much better. The portions didn't justify the cost, especially when combined with the inconsistent food quality and service issues. While the brisket and loaded fries were excellent, the tough ribs, greasy food, cramped seating, repeated service problems, and high prices made this a disappointing overall experience. I hope Cornerstone BBQ improves these areas because the restaurant has the potential to be much better.
