Oh no... this was packed with the largest uneven chunks of dark chocolate. There was one so big it was almost as big as my spoon. I thought I died and went to heaven the marshmallows were the caramel ice cream.. I'm a little embarrassed about how fast I finished it. Definitely a splurge for dessert, but the flavors and quality are very unique. The owner was running the truck and he was very friendly, and sold us on some ice cream. It was hard to choose a flavor, but I ended up getting the Black Forest Cake which is chocolate with cherries. It was pretty tasty and I loved the chunks of cherry and chocolate inside. I also tried a bite of the raspberry pistachio and banana pudding, which were both good. Super high quality! I do think the price is a bit outrageous being $12 for half a pint. I would justify spending $8 for it, but if you want to treat yourself this is a great way to do so. read more

Looked at the flavors they all looked good, and was approached by Dinayah who was super helpful and sweet. We were actually got to meet the owner on a Saturday afternoon while picking up some pints. He was really nice and his wife makes all the ice cream! They're a small popup truck in the middle of the sidewalk in the shopping plaza and not an actual building. Black Forest: very rich darker chocolate with big crunchy chocolate chunks and some cherries embedded. Better than most black forest cakes I've had but in delicious ice cream form. Lemon Blackberry: a perfect balance of tart and sweet. Lots of blackberry swirled in. It was very refreshing. Triple Chocolate Raspberry: they weren't kidding about the triple chocolate part. It was super rich and the raspberry was similar to raspberry syrup swirled throughout. I think a more tart raspberry would've balanced it out but definitely recommend for pure chocolate overload. I really liked that they sold half pints which is the perfect size when you want two big scoops to bring home. read more

Served already packed in a container with the lid on... 3 stars for questionable interaction: All half pints are $12 But for some reason there's a two dollar credit card processing fee is what I was told by the gal who took our order AFTER I went online to see what we were charged since no receipt was given.... We weren't told about the fee, otherwise, I would've paid with cash. We were also not offered nor given a receipt. Makes me wonder if it really was a processing fee or just a tip that the clerk chose to give themselves on our behalf. Since we didn't get a receipt, I only have her word. BUT $2 to process a credit card?! We won't be back. read more

We were excited to find a place that sells custard. The custard at the Perfect Pint sells for $20/pint......that equates to $160/gallon. That is outrageous! The custard was not very good. We ordered the vanilla, and it was grainy. Custard should be creamy in texture. Tillamook ice cream is WAY better, and a quart can be bought at Ralphs for $6.....which equates to $24/gallon. NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

We tasted the honey crème brûlée at their new location at the Premium Outlets in Cabezon. The owner was manning the airstream and talked to us about his business. He was pleasant to talk to and informative. The custard was really good and definitely tasted more wholesome than ice cream. We also did not get that sugar high like you get eating other ice cream in the desert. The price is more than normal ice cream shops but it was enough for us. The other ice cream shops give too much ice cream for our taste so this was a perfect dessert for us. read more

Jordan the owner was super welcoming and informative! He spoke about how he and his wife started the business during the pandemic. She is a chef, Jordan has a degree in wine, and his father is a nutritionist. After the pandemic, the family opened up a local spot to enjoy right in a cute outside mall area to walk through. The ice cream is made "French style" with a certain percentage of milk. They also have GF options--formulated by his Dad. He praised his wife as the "master" who makes the ice-cream! We got to meet the husband who was very friendly and very proud of his wife who creates the ice cream and their many different flavor combinations. The ice cream is available in half pint or full pint containers. I got to try the cookies & cream and the plain vanilla. The ice cream was super creamy and had good flavor. I only regret not trying a lesser common flavor combo! They also have cookie spoons you can buy to eat your ice cream with. They also do personalized catering.
