I was told I would be put on the cancellation list. Friday Sept 13th I got a txt saying there was an opening at 1:30pm. Unfortunately I couldn't take it as i was in work until 5pm. I was so bummed out as it was my pups first birthday on the 15th and this would have been the perfect opportunity to have her groomed. Deva told me she would do her best to get her in Saturday. She txt me back saying to bring her in before they open so she could groom her for me and for her birthday!! She went out of her way and was so kind. Deva did a wonderful job on Zoey and she even got a special birthday bandana! She was so soft and fluffy and looked adorable. Would highly recommend this place!!

I was referred to dogpatch and I was very pleased at my dogs result. She's a 12 lb shihtzu Chihuahua mix.. Ashley was my groomer.. she greeted me when I dropped my dog off and spent a few minutes letting my dog sniff her out and tried to calm her nerves which I felt was an important first impression. The photo is of Lady the day after, still looking so lovely. Alisha updated me a couple times throughout the day to let me know how things were going. Lady is nearly 13 and not used to being away from her mommy, so it was comforting to know she was happy and relaxed. Lady's hair is still super soft, she smells great, and the pretty bling clip is in place. While I'm able to take care of Lady at home, I will definitely bring her in to Alisha and her crew for a "spa day" again. It's a less stressful experience for Lady (and for mommy!)

The clippers cut up his belly and legs which you can clearly see the clipper marks and they had the nerve to say that he went in like that because he had a rash! The botched the boy up because they were running several hours behind schedule. He was supposed to be done at 4pm and when called at 3:30 to see if he was ready they were just starting him.
