Do NOT hire this company. I had a very disappointing and deceptive experience. They were supposed to power wash the front and back of the house in addition to the porch walkway/stairs. When I got to the house, the stairs were very stained (see photos) and the brick looked the same. I left a vm with customer service. I never heard back and had to follow-up myself four days later. After talking to the customer service agent, she told me that apparently the stairs were accidentally not included in the order and that they would have to charge me 50% of the total job cost since there's a minimum fee for coming out (even though she admitted it was THEIR mistake for not doing the job). And as you'll see the brick for the house is still filthy. They claimed this was because the brick was old but when I spoke to the technician after completing the job he lied to me saying the house looked great. To make a joke of the whole experience, they told me that they have a "satisfaction guaranteed" policy which apparently means that they offered me 25% off my NEXT order:). Perfect Power wash is far from anything even close to good. I had to call them back to retreat my roof resulting in killing any grass or plants coming from the run off from my rain gutter & roof. Now, because I don't trust them to do a power washing on my house, they are threatening to charge me an additional 25 percent for a job the had to redo over a year ago! They dangle a discount trying to lock you into a contract. GO TO ANT OTHER POWER WASH COMPANY!!! BEWARE OF PERFECT POWER WASH!!! This company is a scam. They do not wash your roof at all. They treat it with chemicals but leave debris there. This is not what I thought I was getting and I am not satisfied-- contrary to their website. Do not use them if you expect your roof to be "power washed". The name is a sales ploy. Further, they have aggressive sales tactics. Don't leave your phone number unless you want 5-10 calls a day. The promise of 100% satisfaction is only for show. read more

Do not use this company. We were quoted a price to clean the entire roof and another price for half the roof. We paid for the entire roof and they did only half the job. I spoke with Gavin at customer service and he would not stand by the agreement. He refused to send someone out to complete the job and said that if he refunded us the cost of the half roof that was not cleaned, there would be no warranty on work they did do. Jairo Dumas from Perfect Power Wash was Excellent from beginning to end. Arrived on time and got straight to work. Asked to confirm what were our needs and assured my wife and I that afterwards we would walk around and review the work performed. Mr. Dumas brought our home back to life. Even making sure that the bricks around our garden all the way to our trash bins were cleaned and restored back to their nature brand new state. Mr. Dumas had our sidewalk and steps looking like fresh concrete was laid down. Our home looked like we just moved in on the 1st day. Perfect Power Wash, customer service also provided great customer care, whenever my wife and I had questions even leading up to the day of service they answered honestly and with good faith. In today's climate when customer service and and the quality of work can be lacking, this company showed that Good Faith, and Good Business Practices, Customer Care, and Professionalism still exist. Its already stated in our home that when we need Services again in the future it will be with this company and hopefully we get Mr. Jairo Dumas again. Thank You. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I scheduled a powerwash and was given a 10 day window. They never showed and I hired someone else who was amazing. 2 weeks after the 10 day window closed I get a text saying my.technician is on the way. Had to call twice to reach anyone who could assist canceling the tech. THEN I had to call my credit card company to dispute the $400+ charge they put through anyway. read more

Called and was given a great price to power wash my house, gutters, downspouts. . Requested a written quote via email before supplying my credit card number. Arranged to have him call me in one hour. Never received the contract nor the call back. I guess they don't need the work. Buyer beware. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is too good to be true. read more

Received an estimate that stated my house roof and shed roof would be cleaned. My credit card was provided and I was told there would be no charges until the job was complete and I was satisfied. Following the completion I immediately raised concerns with the on-site technician that the roofs did not look clean and was told it may take 3 weeks or longer before the mold was killed. I then sent a message to the company expressing my concerns and dissatisfaction. Despite raising immediate concerns my credit card was charged the full amount. I received zero response from the company until I filed a complaint with the BBB. Since the initial visit by Perfect Power Wash we have a 2 foot diameter patch of dead grass that developed and damage to other ornamental trees and shrubs. Completely dissatisfied. Received an estimate, they said they'd call the day before so we could close windows that we keep open all summer. They didn't call except within an hour of showing up so the windows were open because they also said we didn't have to be present for the service, so they had to abort. Finally we kept the windows closed for weeks waiting for them to show up, last time they called & emailed they were coming but never showed up.They later called and canceled "due to the windows being open and the solar panels on the roof". They knew from the start the panels were on the roof and still booked the service, it's not like I can take them off.Communications were poor, they never responded to any emails and calls to them just sent me to voicemail after a long wait. read more
