They filled in the door gaps with insulation foam, trim, and caulking, and painted all the trim nail holes. They are extremely neat, organized, and very efficient. They cleaned up the entire area and vacuumed. They disposed of all the old material, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their expert craftsmanship. All the work they've done has exceeded my expectations. Fernando is very knowledgeable, punctual, friendly, and respectful, and sets realistic expectations about the timeline of each project and what it will entail. As a young woman, I have had many negative experiences with other sexist contractors who assume that I lack enough knowledge in their field (electrical, plumbing, etc.) or that I have no common sense, and so they try to scam me or get away with poor quality work. It has been the opposite with Fernando. He takes the time to patiently and kindly answer every single one of my many questions, and explains things to me as many times as I need him to, always treating me like an equal. I have an old house, built in 1921, and in the decades before I owned it, it went through renovations that were not done well. This has meant that now every serious project in the house must be done carefully to ensure that it remains structurally sound and safe both in the short and long term. I only trust Fernando to do any work in the house at this point, because I regretted every other time I hired someone else. The team knew how to work with high end paint and transformed a set of drab, beige, poorly textured, and banged up walls. They sanded the walls to manage the texture, worked expertly with tricky corners, managed complex work with dry wall to address dings and structural oddities. They are not just incredible painters - they are also amazing project managers and partners.
