I do not have a problem with a business being busy. That is a good problem for a business to have. My issue comes, when instead of saying you are busy, the business continually makes appts or followups they do not keep. At that point you do something I have a problem with, you waste the one thing none of us can afford to waste, you waste time. In this case you waste my time and that, especially when you do it repeatedly, I find annoying and unprofessional. If you can't do a job, say that, I am happy to give business to others. And it is preferable to over-promising and under-delivering. Will not belabor the point, that is my most recent experience. And hopefully this review saves you... time. Thanks.

For backstory: We had a leak coming into our home for a few months before their service. Since they offered a complete evaluation of the roof and gutter area, I decided to go with this team. When they finished, I reached out to receive their report via email. It came back saying everything was in good shape, so we had a contractor come out to take another look. Turns out the repair needed was so obvious to the contractor (from two stories below) that he didn't even have to use his drone to evaluate the damage. It's hard to wonder how these professionals missed such a glaring problem. Just yesterday, we had a handyman come out to do the repair and while up on the roof they noted that we even had a tile completely broken in half just above the damage to the soffet and fascia (of which you could see from below). In a sentence: This team cleans gutters, if you are in need of a reliable inspection/maintenance evaluation--I suggest you go with someone else.

Since this installation in mid-June 2018, the guards were not installed properly and are hanging off the gutter. After requesting for this to be repaired and were given specific timeframes, this was not done. We then repeatedly requested these be removed and our money refunded, again being told several times he would be here (and apologizing for his delays), no one has showed up to-date, July 13, 2018. I but a groupon for $69 worth $270 of work. Because he says I should actually get xyz done for $430. Seems like I should only need to pay the difference between $430-$270=$160. Whatever. Seems like customers all over are getting frustrated with companies over living social and groupon deals like this. He also spoke to me in a way that I found very condescending. He seemed a little disappointed in the notion that he and groupon split the money. That's kind of the deal when you are trying to use a service to get the word out about your company Anyway, rather than give him my money I called groups and insisted on a refund.
