The owner is such a nice lady and has altered everything for me over the years--suits, shirts, pants, jackets, and today, for the first time, a jersey! Go niners! For the jersey, she not only shortened the length, but also moved the Nike label higher so everything looks completely natural, like it was never altered. She was even able to tighten up the arm area since jerseys naturally tend to fit big. Now it fits perfectly! Had 2 pairs of pants I needed tailored! (1 waist and length taken in and 1 with only length shortened). The whole process was very quick and convenient! You have to try on the pants and the owner will pin them to your liking. The pants were finished from Wed-Saturday so very fast! Quality was wonderful, she created a new hem for my pants since they were ripped at the bottom. I love wearing them now, it's like I got new pairs! The price came out to be 68$. I had also taken my prom dress here a couple years ago and received wonderful results. Would definitely recommend if you need any tailoring done. The woman who runs this store and does the work is very no-nonsense. Keep in mind she runs it by herself, is limited in her communication, and she is the only one doing any sort of sewing work. I have brought 3-4 different garments here. The first was a bridesmaids dress where she helped me alter the length. I was a little bit last minute on getting the dress to her, which I think affected her workmanship. She had it the right length, but I had asked her to help me add some fabric in the chest area so it wasn't so exposed and she did a pretty questionable job. The second time I came in, it was for another bridesmaids dress. She had me change into the dress and went about measuring and adjusting. When I went back to pick the dress up, she made a couple of remarks about my weight and how she had some trouble zipping it up, which didn't leave me feeling very confident. All in all, she's quick - kinda expensive, kind of classic older generation no filter type of person, and you get what you get. read more

I haven't met such a rude person as the lady who runs this store! I took a skirt for length alteration. Simple work, open the hem and fold again and then hem. She quoted $20 for it and when I was surprised at the price, she shrieked and crumbled the sheet in which she was writing the details down. She asked me in a very demeaning tone if I was still interested, I said yes since I really needed the alteration. Went to pick it up, the lady was joyful at that time. She has masterfully done everything from pants, suites, dresses, readjust straps and rework a design to make it fit me. She has also done my wedding dress and then my daughters. I love the tailor here she is the sweetest and sis a great job on my dress. Husband and I decided to get hitched and bought a dress offline which of course needed to be tailored and she did it for me with such short notice. Went there to get my prom dress tailored and the Korean lady was very rude and gave a lot of attitude. She said she needed me to be in my heels even though I wasn't going to wear heels for prom and refused to measure or do anything if I didn't wear heels. So ridiculous why would you need me to wear heels when I'm planning on wearing flat shoes to prom anyway! I tried explaining and tried having a calm conversation with her but she was very hostile and shut me out. I went the first time for a dress alteration and the day i went to pick it up, it wasn't done as per my instructions. I thought it was a communication issue and asked her to do it again and agreed to pay additional charge. The end product was to my liking so i went again to get couple of pants altered. While picking them up i saw no change and can't tell what she did. it was just the same as i left it. She got furious when i told her and charged me more than $30 extra. I have found my new go to in terms of alterations! I was previously going to another shop that was also really good but, their prices were pretty steep. I had asked my mom for recommendations for a new alternations shop and she had suggested Perfect Tailoring! Mother knows best right? Each time I've come here, the owner is super courteous. She's very quick in her turn around too! And the best part? Her prices are totally affordable! She lists prices in her shop (granted some may differ depending on the difficulty of the alterations) but definitely reasonable. So she's very transparent with her prices. The location isn't the most ideal as its tucked away in a plaza that doesn't have much activity. But in this case, you'll never have to worry about parking. The lady here speaks very little english but if you want to make sure that she does what you want, I suggest that you bring in a picture as an example to be sure. I brought my wife's jeans in to be hemmed and my jeans to be tapered under the knees. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my jeans to "stack" at the bottom and she knew exactly where to "taper" them after she saw how the jeans fit on me. I got them back and they were perfect. I bought some fairly expensive jeans and was worried about the outcome but I am happy! I went back two days later and had some more of my jeans tapered in! Highly recommend!!! read more
