Fabric mixing does not create industrial mechanical grease--failing machine bearings and leaky seals do. More importantly, I have video confirmation from their own employee explicitly admitting that the damage was caused by their faulty washing machine. Instead of owning up to their equipment failure, the owners have ignored me directly and chose to post nonsense excuses publicly to avoid paying for the damage. Zero accountability and terrible business ethics. Do not trust them with your clothes. They will ruin your items and then try to gaslight you. Currently working with the BBB either this company.

It wouldn't be that annoying since it really is my own fault but I gave the woman an extra week to fix it after she told me she was unable to do it in the original allotted time. I really should've checked in store before I left so it's mostly on me and they were a nice enough staff, just be careful before you pay. Either way, I paid full price for all of this and it wasn't cheap so I'm annoyed since I'll have to pay for them again to get done somewhere else properly.

Asked a CAL King wool bedspread and blanket be DRY cleaned. Mart Cleaners WASHED and DRIED them and both shrunk considerably-now unusable. The wool bedspread was custom made for $1000 a few years ago. It cannot be replaced as the business is long gone. I would never take anything of value to this place. read more
