My dresses turned out even better than I could even ask for. The pricing was very fair for the amount of hands-on work required for my very particular vision. It was quick, neat, and absolutely stress free. Even though my qipao was custom, the fit wasn't great. She found a way to get it pinned right to fit me better and I couldn't be more pleased with how it looked. I will be coming back for any occasion dresses in the future.

The seams on the sleeves ended up being so stubborn with horrible stitching from the manufacturer, but she still worked on it and did an amazing job! For all those alterations that you think would be too difficult, Thuy is the one to go to! I would trust her with any dress of mine. For the jersey, she not only shortened the length, but also moved the Nike label higher so everything looks completely natural, like it was never altered. She was even able to tighten up the arm area since jerseys naturally tend to fit big. Now it fits perfectly! She's also tailored more than a dozen of my wife's dresses and dressy jackets over the years. We've never had an issue with anything she's done. Got one set back with stains still on the garment but assumed it might just not be removable. Idk figured it was worth giving the benefit of the doubt since the staff seemed nice and capable. I should've been more diligent in checking the clothes the next time before I left but the recent set of clothes I picked up I inspected when I got home and looked untouched, in their original state and then I noticed the tag reading "needs sewing" was still on my dress strapped and unfixed. It wouldn't be that annoying since it really is my own fault but I gave the woman an extra week to fix it after she told me she was unable to do it in the original allotted time. I really should've checked in store before I left so it's mostly on me and they were a nice enough staff, just be careful before you pay. Either way, I paid full price for all of this and it wasn't cheap so I'm annoyed since I'll have to pay for them again to get done somewhere else properly.

She worked so hard to make it fit right but when she gave me the quote, I had to be honest and say it wasn't worth it to me because I was only wearing it for half an hour. She didn't get mad, but instead she worked with me to figure out what we could do instead to make it within my budget. After showing me her expertise in knowing what to do to still make it look good, I knew I could trust her with my wedding dress. Things I never considered, she knew and could advise. For example, I honestly thought my wedding dress was good enough, but after her comment about the hip area for my red dress, I knew I just had to have her look at the white dress as well. I didn't even wait for her to finish the red dress before I came back with the white one, but she worked fast! She actually finished it early.
