If I could rate zero I would. They tried to scam me. They told me I had gum disease. I brush twice a day and floss daily. No bleeding, no swelling, no pain so I was confused. Wanted to charge me $1200 for a deep cleaning. Thank God I felt something was suspicious. I went and got not one and two second opinions and both said I definitely did not have gun disease. Don't trust this office/dentist. They just want your money and will lie to you to get it. GET A SECOND OPINION! I will never go back here! read more

Horrible in professionalism! I went for a service and they require all new patients to do an X-ray and even though I mentioned that I did have an X-ray already, they still performed it without checking eligibility with the insurance and then I get an "unpaid bill statement". The office is not cooperative at all in resolving my conern despite me reaching out to them multile times over the past couple of weeks with evidence and now they are threatening me that they will send my statement to a debt collection agency, effectively hampering my credit score! I feel like a victim because of this lack of communication and refusal to take responsibility! read more

I've been going to this office for a few years. Recently, I had to have two old crowns repaired and one new one "installed". So, that's a lot of time in the chair and it was made more pleasant because of the staff and dental workers. Dr K is gentle, knowledgeable and honest, as her is her very capable assistant, Rusul. If I could put zero star I would. This office is poorly run. I had two apts set: one for filling, one for deep cleaning. Both their assistent took off today. So they were obviously struggling. They kept telling me that I would be seen shortly, but after 45 minutes my hygienist was still with a client. We have lives. I work and took my morning off for this. They made me waste time and I couldn't get the cleaning done. Their communication is poor and they need to work on their organization. Highly recommend you find someplace else. read more

They put me on a wait list and said they would call me back soon. Fast forward five months and they still have yet to reach out. This place is a total dump. There is tape on the windows and water stains on the walls and ceiling. I went there for 5 years because I had a bad experience where a dentist told me I had cavities when I didn't. So, at least I felt like the dentist was honest. A coworker recommended another dentist to me and the experience was SO much better. Perfect Teeth wants to charge me $25 to send my records to my new dentist. Does it really cost $25 to throw some xrays in the mail? Plus all the xrays are the old school xrays that I can't help but think have a ton of radiation. (think 1970's technology) There are much better dental offices in Denver. My new dentist office is great. Digital xrays, ultrasonic cleaning, they take pictures of your teeth and show you any problem areas. If you have decent insurance, go somewhere else. read more

We came to this practice reluctantly, only because they take our work benefits plan, which offers a great discount. It's true, it's not fancy, although they are upgrading to digital xrays and tooth-examiners this spring. But I've had the same super caring, diligent hygienist every time I've gone; gotten a crown which was as good a process as one could hope for, considering; and the doctor always remembers me, asks after my family and checks up on us if we haven't been in a while. I have some cosmetic dental work, and another practice had me feeling insecure about its color and appearance -- until their estimate that the work to replace it would net them about $10,000! This practice has evaluated all that existing work and said that it is still OK, which has saved me tons of money. I think they are caring and offer the most thorough dental cleanings I've ever had -- at a great price. read more

I found the Drs. and staff at this Perfect Teeth to be honest, competent, and very kind. This office was recommended by a number of people on my Next Door. The practice I came from was state-of-the-art and very competent, but I felt they were paying for the shiny office and new equipment by pushing unnecessary procedures. I would much rather see competent and honest medical professionals in a not-so-fancy office than walk out with an $800 bill every time, after insurance. I found the Drs. and staff at this Perfect Teeth to be just that--honest, competent, and also very kind. The folks here seem to be in dentistry for the right reasons. read more

I've gone twice in two years since I got my grown up insurance. Surprisingly I really enjoy going to the dentist. (I know that sounds crazy!) The assistants are really nice, gentle and are open to all my sensitive teeth questions. As with many doctor's offices, they are now starting a charge fee if you are a "no show." It's $25 and I think it's good because that makes me really remember that I gotta make the date I requested! I even made it a few weeks back after a loooong night and ended up walkin in my boyfriend's XL sweatpants, tshirt and high heels because I wore a dress the night before to a very fun work party..whooops! I am writing the review in regard to what I felt was unnecessary medical information required in order to receive dental treatment. Some questions seemed reasonable, such as whether or not an individual is allergic to latex. As a protected class, within the state of Colorado, I see no reason to inform the dental professional my personal medical information or how exactly that doctor could be held liable for not disclosing that information. It also states on the Perfect Teeth website the mandatory information (with an *) which did not include any personal medical information. Once completed and I arrived at this clinic, I was told by the receptionist that it did not come through? I have not had this issue with other dentists within the state of Colorado, therefore, I do not recommend this dental practice. However, I could be in the wrong, will continue to probe/research why this particular dentist feels the need to require answers to such personal medical information. Keep fighting the good fight. read more

They take my Insurance (Aetna) - other than that not a good experience. They remodeled the place in about 1965, I'd guess, other than paint. They change hygienists regularly and they have ranged from militaristic to excellent, but are not consistent. I am changing this month as a result of less than professional treatment (in my opinion - it's only my opinion, but I've been to significantly better dentists and dental offices). read more

This is a good dentist's office. Nothing fancy, they are polite, gentle and kind - the really listen and actually read your chart before they walk into your appointment. It is an all women's office, only seen a male dentist there once when someone was on maternity leave. Never a fun time but they are great. read more

I was a patient here until recently. They rescheduled my appointment for someone not showing up. Today a guy named Steven called to tell me they had to reschedule again because someone was on medical leave. I get it stuff happens, but when I asked Steven why did you reschedule me for a day you knew Adam would be out. He then proceeded to be super rude and then I said maybe I should find another dentist. He said yeah you go do that. Perfect Teeth, Steven just cost you a patient of over 4 years. I'd reevaluate who you have talking to your customers because he was a rude prick and seemed really on edge. As the first line of communication for your customers, I'd highly recommend getting someone who can talk to people in a nicer and more intelligent way. I work in sales and deal with customers. This was one of the worst conversations I've had with an employee that just cost you money. read more

I have been going to this location for years. My hygienist Adam does a great job and is very personable as is my Dentist Dr K. The rest of the office staff is always very friendly and welcoming as well. The office is not super fancy but it does the job. They also always seem to be on time and I rarely have to wait past my appointment time to get in. Keep up the good work. read more

Perfect teeth Glendale has incredible service from top to bottom. I called in on a Monday, and they were able to get me an appointment for cleaning check up first thing on Wednesday- I would recommend this place to anyone. Outstanding service by the office manager Jennifer, and Adam was my hygienist who handled all of my needs. The building and office are very old and not inviting at all. Feels dirty. Feels very outdated, as does their equipment. Worst dental cleaning I have ever received in my life. Did not even feel like a professional cleaning. Hygienist assistant did not appear clean/professional. Then dentist and hygienist recommended that I get several procedures that I do not believe that I need. Receptionist was unfriendly. Was there for an hour and a half, and it felt like 3 hours. The dentist recommended our 6 year old child have oral surgery, (baby root canals) for 4 teeth in the Children's Hospital where he also worked. It was ridiculously expensive. Our insurance covered a portion, we paid the $1,800 cash needed for our portion in the estimate. There was concern over allergy to metal crowns, so we requested the white tooth fillings. This made our bill somehow exponentially larger. We now owed almost another $2,000. My child's teeth immediately began erupting with infections, abscesses, beneath every baby root canal. The dentist refused to prescribe antibiotics. He said he guessed "we were too late and should just pull them all". We called other Perfect Teeth dentists to ask if they would prescribe antibiotics, for the pustules were causing our child so much pain and anguish. The dentists all refused, would not go against the dentist in the Perfect Teeth club. We finally just went out of network to a different dentist. We got the antibiotics. More unfortunately, three of the teeth had to be pulled because the abscesses kept returning. It was very awful. We called the Perfect Teeth folks and told them we were unhappy with the resulting infections, refusal of antibiotics, much higher bill, and we would not be returning, nor would we be paying the extra $2,000. Cut to a year later, we were sued by Perfect Teeth. With the court fees, and our current dentist not wanting to get involved in a legal suit, backing up our side, we settled out of court for almost $4,000. We did not counter-sue for pain and suffering because we knew we wouldn't win and we had signed a little piece of paper promising we'd never sue them. Arghhhhh. May pirates attack that dastardly ship! By the way, the insurance paid almost $10,000 for the Perfect Teeth dentist to use hospital, oral surgeons, and jack up a 6-year old's baby teeth. So they got a heck of a lot of money from us and the work was literally horrible and so please, never got to any Perfect Teeth dentists. They take advantage of people and sue them. Cut to a year later, the last root-canal filling fell out, taking half the tooth with it. The tooth was lovingly named "orange tooth". Cut to 5 months later. Orange tooth finally fell out. Goodbye bitter memory! read more

They said I needed a lot of work done $1200 worth, which seemed crazy to me since I have always had good dental health all my life. I went to another dentist, because it just didn't make sense to me. The 2nd dentist said I didn't have any of the issues and couldn't understand why they would have thought I needed all of that work. I chose this office originally , because my insurance at my old job covered this particular dentist , and boy am I so glad that I did ! Although, I have since left my job , I still choose to have my teeth cleaned at this office . I need frequent cleanings for moderate gum disease , and Becky my dental hygienist, is amazing. My gums are very sensitive and bleed easily . Becky makes sure to put numbing cream all over my gums before and during the clean , which makes a world of difference . Prior to this office , I was getting my teeth cleaned at another office for years, and my teeth and gums looked awful. A year with perfect teeth Glendale, and my gums are making great progress . The office isn't fancy but the quality of the work is amazing and as long as I live in Denver , I will continue to use Becky as my hygienist. read more

Yes, it's not the fanciest dental office around. Some upgrading of the waiting room would be nice. A move to a more state-of-the art facility would be better yet. But the dentists and hygienists are first rate, and the staff is friendly and efficient. I've been a patient there for years. I'm very satisfied with the services I've received.
