They streamlined the entire process and made the repairs easily. Unfortunately, there were some bureaucratic issues in getting my deductible advanced, since the party at-fault was to be billed. Tracy, at the body shop, is truly my guardian Angel. She treated me like family and got everything resolved. She also had the body shop clean my car like it was detailed! They said I could either request a refund or wait for them to come back in stock. I requested a refund, and I got told it would be put in. That's all cool. It's not a crazy amount of money, but $100 could still go a long ways for me. I've emailed them, no response. I've called them 30+ times, no answer. I've directly messaged their "CEO" Rob Hane over FaceBook Messenger about it, and still no answer. I've called the businesses around their supposed location and they've all said they've never even heard of the company. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.
