I recently had my car fixed at Aaron's Auto Body, and I couldn't be happier with the service. They fixed my car in a very timely manner and even surprised me with a new hood since mine was all messed up. They even worked on things that my car needed done but not from the accident because they are more concerned that you are going to be okay and safe driving your car so, they do everything they can to get everything perfect. On top of that, they cleaned my entire car spotless! When i got my car back it looked like i had a brand new car from the outside and the inside. The staff is super nice and always willing to help out in any way they can. They also kept the cost of the work down, which was a huge relief. Chris who is the new owner of Aaron's auto body in Medford is the best. I had used Aaron's previously in the past so I thought to call them again when I needed some body work. When I got to the shop Chris let me he was the new owner and that if after he did the work and I was not happy to bring it back and he would make me happy. Well there was no need for that. The day I dropped my car off he had already had the rental car place on their way to come get me. He kept me in the loop as to the progress of the car and my car was back to me within four days. 2 Great experiences with Chris and his outstanding work. The first time I went there was back in March I had a dent on the drivers door edge that scrapped every time the rear door was opened. Chris looked at it spent 15-20 minuets fixing it and when I inquired as to what I owed him he said no charge it was nothing. I have told several people about this since then. The second time was in late August when my wife's VW was rear ended and had damage. I bought it to Chris without hesitation, Chris scheduled the date to drop it off and he took care of everything. We picked up the car yesterday and not only was the work outstanding but, the car was prepped to showroom condition. If you need body work done on your vehicle this is the shop for you. read more

If I could give more stars, I would. Unfortunately, I had two bad accidents months apart and both times, I had great experiences at Aaron's. The first accident was the first I've ever been in. I wasn't sure how the process worked with insurance and the owner Chris was extremely helpful from start to finish. Both times my car was in the shop, Chris kept in touch with me every step of the way. He worked with the insurance company to make sure everything was covered and he did a top notch job with repairs. I have been a long standing customer of the prior owner Bobby. When I called the shop and learned they were no longer in business Chris said to come down. I had some apprehension. I met Chris and he was professional, respectful and assisted me immediately with my truck door problem. He took his time out of his busy day to repair my door on the spot. I was very bummed when I found out that Aaron and Bobby had sold the business. The good news is because I know Bobby for years I gave him a call and asked him if I should use his old shop. He said, We wouldn't sell our shop to someone who wasn't good at fixing cars, and that I should trust him. I had hit a deer with my car and the front end was in bad shape. Chris is an absolute professional. His work is impeccable and his customer service is second to none. I have a 2012 Nissan Pathfinder that was hit and scratched deeply with a shopping cart. I also had multiple rock chips on the hood from extensive highway driving. Chris did a fabulous job of blending the paint and clear coating the entire hood. He detailed the car for me and it looked fantastic. I would highly recommend Aaron Auto Body to anyone that I know. I have a 2011 Jeep Liberty with a damaged rear bumper only took a few day's to correct the issue, so when I went to pick it up not only did he do a great job on my bumper but my truck was cleaned detailed style rims you name it it came out like new for it's age.
