His professionalism and gentle approach were exactly what we needed. He carefully marked her ears and proceeded with the needling. My daughter felt a little lightheaded afterward, and Clinton was incredibly patient and supportive in helping her manage that. Beyond the excellent service, the studio's cleanliness and attention to sterilization were truly impressive. It's clear they take hygiene very seriously, which was very reassuring. Just different color. When she started to raise her voice, I said to her that I will go get the same finish. She further stated that it has to do satin vs. matte. Okay! Had I ordered it online, I would have used that coupon and received the matte with the discount. Point of story is that this is my 3rd visit to this particular Ulta.
