Scott and his team did an outstanding job on the tint for my Model 3. I went with 3M Ceramic IR and it was absolutely the right move. The finish is clean, sharp, and really elevates the look of the car. The heat reduction is no joke either. Living in the IE, that matters. The interior stays noticeably cooler, even on hot days. Highly recommend them if you want quality work done right.

We recently had two Cadillac IQLs wrapped at Perfect Touch one in black satin and the other in white matte and the results are absolutely incredible. The quality of the workmanship and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. Both vehicles look stunning with a flawless finish. A special thanks to Scott, who assisted us throughout the entire process. He kept us updated every step of the way, answered all of our questions promptly, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. His communication and customer service were outstanding. Quick communication from beginning to end, and very clear and direct. Loved the fact that Scott articulated value and did not play any games with quoting and very honest about scheduling and timeline as well. Dropped off vehicle as discussed, and actual completion was earlier than estimated. The work is top notch, and Scott mentioned that I can bring it back in two weeks if there's any issue with lift and peeling. Definitely would recommend, especially if you need experts to do custom wrap, and not just with laser pre cuts.

Great experience with Scott and the crew at Perfect Touch. I have taken my last few cars to different tint shops over the years, but this one is an organization. Like you, I sent estimates to all the shops through Yelp and everyone is fairly close in price for similar tint types. Scott was the only one of the multiple companies that not only answered my questions thoroughly in the estimate, but followed up days later with a text, wanting to know if I was still interested in moving forward. They tinted every window, sunroof and windshield with the ceramic tint. After the car was done and they brought it outside, I had to immediately jump on an important Zoom meeting for 30 minutes. If you are curious about the ceramic tint keeping out heat, I sat in my car the whole time with the car off, in the sun (78* outside), and the inside of the car did not get hot!! Customer service was 5 star. Scott goes above and beyond to earn and keep your business. I was extremely satisfied with the whole experience, and will no longer need to submit a Yelp Estimate Request in the future for window tint.

I found this place while looking for a 3M tint dealer since I wanted the best possible heat rejection. The stuff isn't cheap but I was able to negotiate a little from the initial price with Natalie over the Yelp project chat. Harold was super nice and walked me through some options and Oscar did a great job with the tint application.

Personally, I don't understand the stars on this place. My husband and I wrongly trusted the reviews. We brought in my Z71 Chevy Tahoe with NO previous tint, I thought "easy" right? I guess not for them. I had to take it back for the THIRD time to replace lent bubbles/scratches. I first brought it back to replace my passenger window for a big patch of lent left toward the bottom of the window (wish I took a picture). That day I told them that my front windshield also had bubbles on both the left and the top side of the window as well as a scratch on the bottom. They said "wait two weeks, it'll go away" (look at the pictures) 2 WEEKS later nothing went away! "Bring it in they say" here I go AGAIN to replace it. I'm thinking ok it was a mistake, wtv. Even after the second time I went to have them fix it, there are yet again, lent bubbles!! Travis said "it happens, the wind. People pass by. It's common. We're human" You're telling me you couldn't get it right the first time and you couldn't get it right the second time either? I get mistakes, but it's a problem when it doesn't get resolved after your FIRST mistake. THIS IS MY THIRD time taking it back. I also want to add that they totally gave me a brown tint instead of black the second time around. Of course they deny it, but tell me why it magically turned black after having it replaced again? Now apparently there are no refunds for basic work, unsatisfied? Too bad. I have now taken it back for my third and final time. I wasted time and money coming back MULTIPLE times. With Uber rides and them having to keep the truck for almost an entire day! What a loss. NEVER HAVE I EVER had to go back to any other shop before. They charge a pretty penny to get basic work. I don't recommend.

Scott at Perfect Touch was amazing to work with. He took the time to explain the different tint options clearly and even talked with me about what would be most comfortable for my dad, who is blind in one eye, when driving. I had all 4 windows and the windshield done in 3M Ceramic IR, and the results looked fantastic! The entire process was smooth, the shop was clean, and the results looked fantastic! His pricing was also the best I found, and when you combine that with the quality of the film and the customer service, it's an easy A+. I've been to many tint places, having other cars tinted over the past 20+ years, and I'm comfortable saying this has been the best experience so far. I requested a quote through Projects on Yelp, and Perfect Touch was among five other businesses that submitted a quote and responded to my request. Most of the quotes were in the same ballpark, and some were considerably more. While price was a factor in consideration, it was not the main one. Quality of materials, warranty, customer service, and service availability were most important to me. What put Perfect Touch as one of the top two locations to consider was the detailed quote I received, the explanation of the different types of materials and shades available, and exact prices. In addition, there was the friendliness and professionalism in the quote along with all of the necessary contact information, including phone and email from the sales manager, Natalie. I went to the location because I also like to see the business and check out the facilities. I was impressed with the cleanliness, organization, mindfulness of the waiting area, and the modern setup of the work area and equipment. About the Actual Work and Finish Product I had all windows tinted, including the windshield, with the back windows being limo tint and the passenger and driver sides a shade lighter. There was a potential issue with the front windshield because there was a chip, and that could have prevented me from getting it tinted. However, after consulting with a professional glass specialist and Perfect Touch treating the chip (without any extra charge to me), they went ahead and did the front windshield. I appreciate their thoroughness, being upfront and honest, and clearly explaining potential issues and options before proceeding. It's hard to find businesses that put professionalism, integrity, and honesty before making a quick buck. I was given an estimated time of 2 to 2 and 1/2 hours, and they were true to their word. As of right now, I am 100% satisfied with the quality of the materials used and the quality of the work. The tint still needs to completely set in, so I'll know with certainty in about a week how everything turns out. The sales manager, Natalie Wray, was exceptional in helping me throughout the process. She was friendly, helpful, and informative. She took the time to explain things in a clear and concise way and verified multiple times what it was that I wanted and the work that was going to be done. The gentleman who worked on my vehicle, whose name I believe is Javier, was also professional, helpful, and did an excellent job on my car. My Recommendation I highly recommend, if you need any type of service related to window tints for your vehicles, this is the place to go. Not only for quality of work and customer service, but also for best prices. I have a truck that I'm also going to be taking for them to tint the windows as well. They also provide other services such as ceramic coating for vehicles, and commercial and residential tinting. I can't attest to the quality of work regarding those services, but if I need them in the future, I would definitely consider this company first. They also provide a lifetime warranty and Nationwide coverage. I got the 3M ceramic IR full tint on all the windows except the front windshield. The front windshield got 3M ceramic IR normal tint, in case you're wondering about the type of tint and materials used. Definitely earned a rare 5 Star from me!

I shopped around before deciding on Perfect Touch Window Tint because Scott was courteous, professional and flexible. He responded to my questions in a timely manner and figured out a time that worked for me to bring my car in. For my two front windows, I prioritized matching the rear windows, privacy, UV and heat protection. After a quick assessment of the existing tint on the rear windows, which are pretty dark, he recommended a shade that would meet my needs, but still be safe. It was an amazing experience from start to finish! They were the first to quickly respond to my quote request! They made an appointment for the very next day (which while I was at the appointment, they seemed to be scheduled back to back. I appreciate them fitting my car in and working with my schedule!) I WAS a loyal customer since 2 years ago and brought over 15 vehicles, but no longer will come back here. ‼‼‼‼: As of August 2024, the owners and tint technicians have changed. 1. POOR TINT JOB 2. DAMAGED MY CAR ‼‼ I first needed a tint removal on the rear windows before the actual tint job-- some young 20 year old tint technician came out to look at my car, who I explained to that only the rear windows have tint and need removal before you put on new film. They then asked me if the front windows have tint, which I replied no. The tint tech takes a closer look at the front window and says "wait, there is tint" in which I replied to again there's none. He picks at the edge of the window for a good 30 seconds thinking there is a film there and then realizes there's not. At this point I'm already reluctant to give the job to him, but I drove 45 mins to this shop because of good prior work. So I trusted that they would take care of my car and do the job right. They also scratched our car, you can read the review before me to see more pics. The owner has been super slow to respond and unprofessional in fixing the issues. ITS BEEN OVER A WEEK SINCE THIS ISSUE WAS BROUGHT TO THEIR ATTENTION , i have been texting the owner and she just leaves me on read... AND THERE'S NO CLEAR COMMUNICATION TO ME ABOUT HOW THEY'RE GOING TO FIX THIS. I usually don't write reviews but this service is just too terrible. read more

I called Perfect Touch Window Tint to inquire about residential window tinting. Scott answered the phone and explained the different window tint options for my home. Scott offered to come out to the house, bring samples and assess our needs (other companies asked me to send them measurements and they would send a quote). Scott met us at the house and was a true professional and knew his kraft well, installation starts next week. While Scott was here I had him look at my New 2025 truck, he provided a quote for 3M Crystalline Black Series and I moved forward with the installation. I told my brother to make an appointment and they booked him about a week out. We sent in a deposit for the appointment. Well he dropped off the car today and got it back in a few hours. My setup: * XPEL XR Plus with lifetime warranty * 55% windshield * 20% front windows * 70% rear windows/drop glass to match the factory privacy glass * Customer-supplied custom honeycomb headlight and taillight tint, hand-cut and installed on-site (no pre-cut templates available for the R2) One thing that really impressed me was that they actually measured the factory panoramic roof glass and showed me that it already had excellent UV and heat rejection. Instead of trying to sell me something I didn't need, they recommended leaving the roof alone, which saved me money. That honesty earned my trust. They also took the time to meter the factory rear privacy glass so the final appearance would be uniform. The front and rear windows match extremely well, which was one of my biggest concerns before choosing a shop. I also brought my own headlight and taillight film. Although they don't normally install customer-supplied material, they were willing to work with me, and because there weren't pre-cut templates available for the new R2, they hand-cut everything on the vehicle. The finished product looks fantastic and really complements the vehicle. Another huge plus was that they completed everything the same day, even with the additional custom work on the lighting. Overall, the workmanship, attention to detail, honesty, and customer service exceeded my expectations. I went back 2 times to re-stick the tint on my front windows. Bubbles, dirt, glue thats the reasons. The cost of services is higher than that of competitors, but the quality of work is no better. I spent $200 for 2 front windows. And 2 times I returned so that they redid the poor-quality work. The last time they said that the tint on window had not yet dried, but it had already been 4 days ago. How is this possible? I see a dry bubble and dirt inside. I do not recommend wasting your time. Travis and his guys just finished doing a full wrap of clear film paint protection including blacking out some chrome pieces then ceramic coating. Then wrapped a few chrome pieces on the inside with blacking. The Suburban looks great. Took them 5 days which I that was great. They then asked me to come in two weeks just to let them check it out.
