This place is awful. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not waste your money here. Customer service is terrible, store organization as awful employees don't care and the products are sub par. I went in just looking for indica pre rolls as I cannot stand sativa. I had to go find someone to help (in a store that's the size of a bedroom). I finally was able to find them. Nothing was labeled in the place so I asked the employee to confirm they were indica. She said they were. I asked a second time if they were only indica. She said they were. I asked a third time when we were checking out "these are only Indica right? I know I've asked you three times now I just want to be sure." She told me that the pack I had was only indica there was another pack on the wall that was sativa. I go home, and what do you know all hybrids or sativa dominant hybrids. I go back in to get my money back and they don't take opened products. (The box was opened. The jar with the pre rolls is still sealed) They offered me in store credit since I was "deceived" on what I purchased. Which ended up being like 50-60% of what I paid for a product I specifically said I didn't want. TLDR: Go 3 minutes down the road to NHC they are better in every single way. read more

I've been a customer of Perfect Union, here and in Napa, for over five years. I placed an order on-line and went to check out, but could not use an offer from "Janegold". I realize Janegold is a 3rd party, but it's one YOU contracted with to provide offers to your customers, Perfect Union-- maybe figure out how it is supposed to work? Anyway, I called to confirm that if I placed an order on-line I could pick it up the next day, and they said yes-- I said I'd go pay for it on-line, and the woman on the phone said "oh, you can just pay cash when you come in." Great! When I went in the next day, they wouldn't honor the daily deal prices from the prior day-- and were incredibly condescending and rude about it. Keep in mind, I had PLANNED to pay the prior day, but first their "third party" processor didn't work, and then their customer service rep told me I could just pay the next day. Obviously, the daily deals were the reason for my concern, which I expressed to her-- why would you give out the wrong info and then blame the customer for it? I will NEVER go back here. I always leave a tip (even though no service is provided, you are just buying a product) and consistently spend over $300 per month. It's too bad, but after 5 years of being a loyal customer I deserved better. read more

They have better prices than nhc but they don't have as many brands in terms of topicals and tinctures. I went to perfect union today for the first time. Logan was the person that helped me and he was great. He was very friendly and patient. I told him what I was looking for and he helped me find exactly what I needed. He did look up strains for the edibles to help me figure out the best one for my needs. He was also down to help me find affordable options. I felt like he really cared about my experience. This a good dispo to hit up if you're in the area. They have a pretty wide variety of products with a lot of staff and knowledge regarding the products. If you don't know what you want don't be afraid to walk in and ask questions, the staff are very kind and caring and can help you with your selections. Goodies too for first time patients. Something I really appreciated was that when I asked for a fire 1/8 they showed me their most fire 1/8 and not their most expensive 1/8. The staff cares about the customers. They have an express lane if you order online so you can get in and out quickly as well. I recommend this dispensary highly, but I will say if you need CBD products you are better off going elsewhere. Nonetheless, great shop. Will probably go again next time I'm here. read more

when I arrive I go to get my order I placed online because they said it was ready for pick up and I arrive and my order isn't ready and they are completely out of stock of my items and couldn't bother to call or text to let me know that they are out of the items or if I even wanted a replacement. Love this shop. It is a smaller shop which makes you feel like you are getting personal attention from everyone. I was so nervous the first time I went in because I had never experienced going in to this kind of shop and didn't know what to do or expect. They made me feel so comfortable. For fun, I read the reviews and I'm really disappointed by the negative reviews. Really, who cares who the security guard is employed by and calling him fake is just plain petty. He is so kind. They would not could not figure it out. I knew I was in trouble when the new guy was befuddled by the register. His trainer panicked, because he had other customers. The new guy started doing something else! Try again, no, Happy15 they didn't get it. I politely declined to be ripped off, and walked out. As an exercise in futility, I placed the same order. Hmmm. Super cool little spot on the corner of Quintana and Kings street. Just opened a couple of weeks ago. Staff is nice and knowledgeable. Check in was a breeze. Prices are reasonable. Placed my order online and selected curbside pick up because I'm immune compromised. I got there, called the phone number on the sign, it rang three times and went to voicemail. I tried it again and again and again. Finally I went inside. As I was in the crowded waiting room - the one thing I was trying to avoid - I called the number again and watched as a cold blonde woman behind the glass did absolutely nothing as the phone rang right next to her. When it was my turn I mentioned that I'd ordered curbside for a reason and she was a complete bitch, saying she'd only been there 2-weeks, and didn't know why they even had curbside anymore. No apology, no "sorry for your inconvenience" just a cold bitchy attitude. Someone needs to tell the District Manager that that check-in woman should be fired. All the other employees at Perfect Union have been wonderful all the other times I've been there. Guess I'll go elsewhere from now on. read more
