Luis does the best job! I have platinum blonde hair and he is the only person I know that can get my black hair to an even icy blonde. I very rarely get my hair done because I've always had bad experiences. Not many people know what to do with really curly hair and end up messing it up. Not anymore! Luis listened to my past tragedies, what I was wanting to accomplish and worked his magic. He balanced out the bad cut I walked in with and nailed the color I wanted for the balayage and highlights I wanted to hide some grays in my naturally dark hair. Luis works miracles! My first time there and I went for a color correction from a boxed dye that left me looking washed out and witchy. Way too dark! They seems to lean toward already established clientele. They also don't return phone calls if you're not on their established list for high-end color jobs. They are so passionate about what they do and will make sure you walk out the doors looking beautiful. The first time I walked in, my roots were growing in about 4 inches. Not to mention I had my hair bleached numerous times before and it left my hair damaged and brittle. I was going for platinum silver look, and Luis (blonde specialist) really worked his magic, because by the end of the day my hair was revived and blonde again! Alex did a great job with shampooing, conditioning, and treating my hair. After the bleach process, my scalp was sensitive and he was really gentle with the wash.
