Sandy gave me the exact cut I wanted! She was everything and amazing, caring, and personable. Describing to her the style and cut I wanted, she was honest about how it would suit me as in what I was looking for. I have a lot of hair and she really took care of me. The Butterfly Loft is a very trendy place and so hospitable. They offered coffee or water right when I walked through the door. Definitely going to come back to Sandy for this perf cut!

Ask for Sandy!!! I came across her Instagram for an emergency hair appt. Luckily she was able to fit me in on a Saturday. I loved that she was very detailed with her questions before going In and when I went in on what I wanted and was very honest on where we can get to realistically without damaging my hair but still getting close to the goal. She also got my haircut spot on on what I wante , bringing my daughters to her soon for cut and color and I know they will love it to . Her head washed are amazing by the way !!!!!!

I'm so happy with my fabulous hairstylist, Shantel! She really listens to what you want your hair to look like and the color you're wanting to achieve. She matches it perfectly. I show her a picture that I'm wanting and she makes it happen. I like the hair color that salon uses. I notice that I can go an extra week, or two without my grays taking over. Shantel is a joy to be around. She always has a smile on her face and a fun bubbly personality to match. I enjoy our time together while I'm getting my hair done with her. Thank you, Shantel. ;) Butterfly Loft Salon is very open and beautiful full of great energy. It sits on the 2nd floor of the building with lots ceiling to floor windows with a view of the famous Ventura Blvd. It's a fun place to go and everyone is so nice. Also, a shout out to Ashley at the front desk. She's always so helpful and so sweet.

I booked an appointment with Sandy, I asked for a balayage. She was very warm and welcoming, Sandy exceeded my expectations! I had a great experience I would definitely recommend and will be coming back. My hair turned out exactly the way I wanted it. Thank you Sandy!

This salon is beautiful, clean and the staff was welcoming! But overall, the best experience I had was with Sandy! She really took her time with my hair and gave suggestions. I drive all the way from San Diego to have Autumn cut my hair ... It's a whole day excursion , usually around 7 hours of driving , just because since I had Autumn cut my hair when I was in the area I have no trust in anyone else's capabilities. Autumn is great at making cuts that make me feel me, she is super smart in making sure they grow out cute, she is the sweetest ever, and we have good conversations during our appointments. Absolutely recommend !!

AUTUMN IS THE BESTT!! Dyed my hair calico w/her and she was super sweet & very talkative (in a fun way, loved the stories). She was super accommodating to my requests to change up some colors (even despite having to go through the tedious process of adding more bleach and dye) & you can tell she genuinely wants you to walk away happy w/your haircut!! Felt comfortable voicing my ideas throughout the entire process. Def would 100% reccomend, my hair turned out exactly how I wanted it to!! read more

Lauryn is a magician at gray blending and absolutely worth the drive and the investment! I had a full gray blending done and I am 100% happy! Sandy is amazing. She's kind, friendly, and incredibly talented. I found her on Instagram and she was quick to respond to my inquiry and answer all of my questions. She helped my mom with a color correction and grey blending, and my mom was nervous because Spanish is her primary language and this was a big change for her. Sandy was so patient and welcoming, and made her feel completely comfortable. My mom's hair looks amazing and she's excited to keep seeing Sandy. Sandy also helped me with partial highlights to blend my greys. I was nervous because I have very fine hair, but she really listened to my concerns and gave honest recommendations on what would work best. I have never given a review, but after the horrific experience I had with Sandy approximately 5 weeks ago, I decided to submit my review to warn others. I look at the hair cut she gave me and I cry every day. It will take months for my hair to grow out. For what she charged me, I should have many compliments, but people just stare at my hair. After 40 years of excellent stylists, I was stunned by my experience with Sandy. She requested photos prior to my appointment which should have told me it was going to be a problem. I should have realized when she kept asking questions about the style I wanted that I was dealing with an amateur. (1) I repeatedly told her I did not want my ears showing. (2) I also showed her a photo of a cut I did NOT want - a round, short bowling ball cut. That is the cut she gave me including cutting the hair around my ears to 1/3 inch. I was given a basic cosmetology school cut. She put 3 styling products on my hair and used a brush to dry it. My hair was flat and limp when she finished. I also asked her to put a few highlights in the front of my head. I have had highlights for 25 years and assumed she knew what I wanted. She said nothing. When she finished, I had a head of solid light blonde hair. Where were the highlights? I was in shock. I told her this was not the style we discussed. She just stared at me. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I paid her $360, but when my credit card bill came a few days ago, she charged me an additional $18. Was this a tax or service fee? I was not told. I was so angry. For what I paid her, I could have gone to Sally Hershberger's salon or Beverly Hills. Finally, a hair cut and highlighting has never taken my former stylists more than 90 minutes. I was there for 4 hours. I am still recovering from this nightmare. If this happened to me, it has happened to others. As for the salon itself, I was there on a weekday afternoon. I did not see any other clients. It felt like a barn. Reception was polite. For 4 hours, a group of young staff sat in a corner loudly laughing and joking. It was very unprofessional. The entire vibe was creepy. read more

Highly highly recommend Sandy! I got a haircut from her but she can do anything color too. She asked me really detailed questions to get a sense of what style would work best for me. I wanted something layered but low maintenance but chic and she was able to accomplish exactly that! She also offers discounts for first time clients. She listens to what i want and politely gives me her professional opinion which gives me the best result. She gives the best and most modern haircuts. I should have known that this would be a bad experience. Chantel kept changing my appointment 3 times. She was late by 30 minutes. So finally she cut my hair and she cut it wrong. I asked for it to be layered and she cut the length ok but she gave me bangs. It cost me 90 bucks . I do not recommend her or the shop. I gave one star because I can't give zero. read more

Sandy is a wonderful, talented hairstylist. My hair was turning brassy and she gave me a full head highlight to bring back my blondiness. Sandy took the time to discuss what I was looking for first. She really takes her time with your hair using toner and conditioning so it feels very healthy afterwards. And she gives the most amazing head massages!! I have been going to Autumn for quite some time now and she's just THE go to girl. I can't think of going to anyone else. I have thick Asian hair and I have done all types of color and cuts with Autumn. For any of my Asian girlies who love to do fun colors or just change it up, other hair stylists may not be so experienced with the stubbornness of our dark hair and not get us to the color we want or if they can get to the color, it costs the health and feel of our hair. I have not had that experience with Autumn, she always prioritizes the healthiness of my hair and will be clear and transparent about the process that needs to happen and can give her expert advice if she thinks an end of product may risk the longevity of my hair. She's been able to pull off some gorgeous colors for me! I constantly get compliments when I get my hair done with her and I always leave happy. If you're thinking of getting a simple cut that compliments your face shape, getting a balayage, or jumping into some cool hair colors, Autumn is your girl! read more

The salon is exquisite and clean. The receptionist was friendly. She checked me in, offered beverages, and had me wait in the lobby. I felt like I was checking into a 5-star hotel. Ella was the hairstylist who did my hair. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Ella also offered me beverages and was very welcoming, making me feel relaxed and comfortable! I found Sandy through her instagram profile (@Sandyazucenax) and decided to book with her after seeing all the different kinds of hair types she's worked with and the beautiful results. I was able to upload 3 inspiration photos when booking so she already had an idea prior to the appointment and then I asked for a U shape with face framing layers. Sandy was so sweet, always making sure I was comfortable and if I needed anything. She's well experienced and my hair turned out exactly as I hoped! Just got my hair cut by Hilary and I'm really pleased with the results. I had switched stylists because every time I tried to go to a regular salon they'd never get my wavy hair cut right and it always looked heavy on the bottom. Hilary offered me helpful tips on how to get my hair to look good at home and what products to use whether I air dry it or blow dry it. The salon is also very nice decor wise and is very clean and professional looking. Highly recommend going here to get your hair cuts read more

Love coming to Shantel so much, she is AMAZING and so sweet and fun. However, I do have to mention that it's sooo hot in there and the AC is not strong enough at all. Especially combined with hair tools it can get super hot and uncomfortable. Hopefully they fix their AC!!! read more

Lauryn's (@locksbylauryn) has been doing my hair for the past 5+ years and I refuse to go to anyone else! She's amazing at what she does and the kind of stylist you just trust once you sit in her chair. I have naturally dark, curly hair but I wanted to switch my look and go full blonde. She could take my hair up to the color I wanted but was very upfront about making sure we did it in a series to not ruin my curl pattern. She's knowledgeable and very patient, so she answered all my questions and as she explained the process, I felt confident. With her expertise, I could keep my blonde curls for years! We even played with different shades and tones while I still had my blonde. I cannot recommend her enough! If you're looking to switch up your look or maintaining, she's your girl. This was my return to the Butterfly Loft after 10 years and it was a great surprise. It was refreshing to find another hair stylist, Autumn, referred by Alyssa (on Nextdoor) who truly listened to the type of haircut I was looking for. Autumn was able to fit me in at the last minute on a busy Saturday. She explained each step and also checked with me frequently if she should do more layering or shorten the length. I highly recommend Autumn as she is very personable, professional and is attentive to her client's requests. read more

3 years ago I went through 10 months of chemotherapy. Now 3 years later I desperately need a cut. I have naturally wavy hair...so I am looking for someone who will be able to take some weight out, & put in layers. Any ideas for a stylist @Butterfly?

Nadia was very friendly! We called late on a Sunday asking for same-day appointment. I could tell she wanted to wrap up her day but was willing to squeeze in his cut. We agreed to a time and when we arrive, we were greeted. We only waited a short time before someone came to shampoo his hair. While that was happening, in true last-minute form, I asked if there was any chance I could get a wash and blow dry. I gave her an out - and said NO is an acceptable answer given how late in the day it was and the thickness of my hair. Again, Nadia was agreeable and had another gal to do this (missed her name but very sweet and skilled at blow dry). My son has longer hair, passed his chin and was very happy with the cut that she gave him. I was also very happy with my wash and blow dry. What drew me to the salon was the positive reviews and the reasonable prices. I can attest Nadia's salon is an excellent value!! Quality service, at a small salon, for great rates. Gives a local "regulars" vibe, and for those with lots of thick and/or curly hair...they are not afraid and can work with this type of hair well.

I booked a color and cut. My starting hair was a medium-dark brown with some red undertones, which is why I wanted it refreshed to a warmer, richer chocolate shade--nothing drastic, nothing near-black. In the salon, I selected the Level 4 chocolate brown swatch. I also looked at the Level 3 dark brown swatch and asked for her opinion. I told her I wanted my hair a little darker than it currently was, and she said she could mix a little of the dark brown into the chocolate brown. At no point did I choose Level 3 as the base of the formula or request anything close to a near-black result. When going into a salon and selecting a color from the book, it is the colorist's job to explain how that specific shade will read on your actual hair and to create the formula that will produce a result similar to the swatch you selected. If your hair is already dark and the swatch will pull much deeper, a professional should explain that clearly and adjust the formula. She did not do this. Instead, my hair came out significantly darker--almost black--nowhere near the chocolate brown I chose. I didn't notice how dark it truly was the night of the appointment because I was exhausted, nearly falling asleep in the chair, and it was already dark outside. The next day in natural light, I was shocked. I told my husband I was disappointed, but he said he liked it, so I tried to live with it for a few days. But it was just not what I was looking for at all. The haircut was just as bad. She cut a huge chunk in the front without angling it into the rest of the hair, and all the layers in the back were cut blunt with no blending, no texturizing, nothing. She styled it wavy with body, which masked how choppy it actually was. I was also floored by the pricing. Her website lists all-over color as $120+, and I fully expected to pay more for long hair--but not $250 for the color alone. She charged $250 for color, $75 for the haircut, and $65 for the blowout. The cut and blowout prices were reasonable, but the color price made no sense compared to what's listed online. I actually walked back inside afterward and told her I was shocked, and she adjusted the color price to $180. When I reached out looking for a solution--not a refund, just a correction--her tone over text was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. She insisted she "followed the shade I chose," even though I did not choose Level 3 and never asked for anything close to this result. She repeatedly contradicted herself by saying she followed the shade I picked, while also telling me my hair would naturally come out darker than the swatch because my hair was already dark--essentially admitting the result would never resemble the swatch I selected. I was so confused and taken aback by her refusal to collaborate that I decided to go into the salon to speak with the owner--only to find out that she is the owner. She refused to even look at the swatch next to my hair. I had to take the book myself, walk to the mirror, and compare it. When I asked her to come over and look, she said no because she wasn't going to do anything about it anyway. She even accused me of showing her a before picture that could have been from "5 years ago" which prompted me to scroll through my phone and show her that it was in fact from a few weeks ago and she still took 0 responsibility. Then she told me the only way to fix the color would be to bleach my hair for hours and that it would cost $1,000. Any trained colorist knows that is simply not true--she could have easily lifted the color and retuned it. The fact that she suggested extreme bleaching as the only option showed me she either doesn't have the proper education or simply didn't want to help. At that point, it became clear that she wasn't just unwilling to correct her own work -- she was refusing to acknowledge any responsibility at all. Between the incorrect color, the poor haircut, the inflated pricing, her dismissive tone over text, her refusal to look at the swatch, her refusal to offer any solution, and her claim that the only fix would be thousands in bleaching, I cannot recommend this salon to anyone. I now have to pay another professional to fix both the color and the cut. If you're considering booking here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

So i had the blessing of being one of my best friends bridesmaides this summer. and she was a wonderful bride, super supportive of coloring in my hair and my tattoos being out so the week before the wedding the bride finally convinced me she was serious about the hair color change. she knew i didnt like the hair style i had at the time, she knew that the plain jane look wasnt quite me. So a few weeks before the wedding I went looking for a hair stylist. but i was terrified, the horror stories i have experienced in the past made it super hard to trust again. until one day i took a chance and told this chick she had great hair and she told me her secret weapon! I got the nerve up and called Vanessa (@vanessahairaddiction) She was amazing! not only was she accommodating to my work schedule, but she was super supportive in my hair choice even offered the up the beautiful hair color i ended up with which was a warm rose gold which I am in love with! not only was she amazing and had a great way of working, her assistant Lilly was a beast with a curling iron and a joy to meet. I have never really felt good after paying for my hair getting done, i am never really happy with it, but this time was completely different i was so happy i couldnt stop smiling im sure vanessa thought i was crazy! by the time it was done and that angel in humans clothing finished the last curl my hair was glowing and i was in love! I couldn't be happier with the magic she made with my hair! When the bride saw it she agreed it was absolutely perfect! She not only helped me get over my fear of salons and crazy hair people who want to just chop and cut against my will, but for the first time in a while i feel beautiful and felt very safe in the very capable hands of this genius! Ok well first off I want to point out that I hardly EVER write reviews. But, my experiences have been so awesome and memorable that I feel this needs to be shared. For most of my adult and teenage life I've suffered with acne and it's been extremely embarrassing for me. Because of my skin issues I never let anyone see me without my makeup on. Unfortunately in the past I've had to let estheticians see me "in the raw" and in turn they made me feel really uncomfortable when commenting on my skin once the makeup was removed; which didn't help my self esteem. She was a total breath of fresh air. Her hands were that of a healer. I feel she was sincerely heaven sent. Since getting facials from Nunei my skin has dramatically improved. Beyond her healing hands she's totally green which separates her from many other estheticians. Her products are organic and all natural and you undoubtedly feel the difference in your skin from the very first appointment. What a WASTE of money! (PHILLIP ARELLANO) Paid $75 for a "hair cut" that was not even worthy of Supercuts or Fantastic Sam's. I was literally ASHAMED to tell my friends that I had paid that much money to get my hair to look like it did: NO structure, NO definition, NO layer, NO style, NO movement. Just a big pile of BLAAA. The hair cut that I got over 3 yrs ago looked better than what Phillip did!!! I have very manageable, slightly wavy, thick, good quality, long hair. With a good hair cut, I hardly even need to brush my hair for it to look nice. But all the visual aids that I showed him & all the time that I spent explaining specifically what I wanted was USELESS. This guy ONLY KNOWS ONE hair "style" (for lack of a better word) so he keeps regurgitating the SAME thing over and over again with different lengths. He barely spent 5 minutes (being generous) "cutting"my hair, and about 1hr "styling" it which is what UNSKILLED hair dressers need to do to COVER UP their incompetence , brushing & blowing endlessly, gels, sprays and other tools of the trade with which ANY long hair would eventually look semi acceptable after all that time! Frankly, I only let him blow dry my hair for so long thinking that he wanted to have better visibility and go back and do the actual hair cut as I've seen others do but no! That was all he knew! I was surprised and I tried to run my fingers through my hair to see how it looked and he complained that I was messing up his work! LOL! Really???!! My hair now points down and inwards instead of back and outwards, no layers to be found anywhere, no similitude of any kind of artistry, it takes me 5X LONGER to fix my hair and make it look like there actually is a hairstyle in there and I'm the one who's messing up?! ** DO NOT BOOK WITH SHANTEL ** I recently visited Butterfly Loft Salon and had the unfortunate experience of having my hair cut and colored by Shantel. Sadly, the outcome was far from what I expected or deserved, especially considering the salon's reputation. Firstly, Shantel's approach to hair care was less than professional. She completely fry my hair, leaving it in worse condition than when I arrived. This alone was disheartening, but her demeanor added insult to injury throughout the process. She displayed a consistent attitude that made the experience uncomfortable and far from the pampering session one anticipates at a salon. Moreover, Shantel's pace during the appointment was incredibly slow. While I appreciate thoroughness and meticulousness in a stylist, it became apparent that the slow pace was not due to careful attention to detail but rather a tactic to extend the appointment, possibly to justify a higher price. In the end, I was charged an excessive amount for a service that was not only unsatisfactory but also damaging. Shantel did not welcome feedback or concerns. When I attempted to express my dissatisfaction, she was dismissive and rude, showing no willingness to take responsibility or offer solutions for the issues caused under her care. I advise against booking an appointment with Shantel at Butterfly Loft Salon. There are numerous talented and respectful professionals in the industry who deserve your business. i went here to see Larisa at the Ubungalows area of the loft and i must say that she is absolutely amazing!! Whenever you go to a salon you get scared that the color might not be the way you like it or the cut will be way to short but with Larisa you always get what you want and if it wasnt how you pictured it then its even better!!! I first found her through a friend that showed me her instagram page and i fell in love!! it took me almost a year to get an appointment with her but when i did there were absolutely no regrets! she removed these chunky highlights from my head and gave me a nice ombre blend and i fell in love! a couple months after i asked her about a complete make over where she gave me a shoulder length hair cut and i love my hair even better than before!! Not only is she amazing at what she does but she is such a loveable and easy to talk to person! every time i go to a salon i dread those awkward conversations that you get trapped into but with Larisa you feel like youve known her forever!! Words cannot describe how truly amazing and delightful my experience was when I went to the Butterfly Loft. Larisa Love is brilliantly talented and quite simply an artist when it comes to color and hair. I had always heard and seen such wonderful things about her and the rave reviews she has received by her other clients and through following her on Instagram, and now I know why! She is gifted with her abilities and my visit exceeded my expectations. She is warm, friendly, kind, and such a professional. She gave so much attention and care to every detail of my color and my cut. Her assistant Andres was so nice, helpful and genuine, and together, they make a great team. The Butterfly Loft is a class act; the interior design, the staff, Larisa, Andres, the complimentary espresso, water, and overall royal treatment I received made me feel welcome and more than just a client. After reading all the reviews and being a fan of the Butterfly Loft myself, it gives me great pleasure to say the salon is very warm and friendly. The people are even friendlier and so real. Like they always say, there is no one you can talk to more or get the truth from more, than your hairstylist.... Yeah for them!! I have dealt with Melissa for a while now and understanding she will have her own chair now makes me happy for her. I still want to make sure I don't miss out talking to her or just to see how she's doing. She is definitely someone you need to keep at your salon. Her smile is contagious....Watch out people you might get one yourself. Dealing with Melissa has been a pleasurable experience with her great smile and demeanor. I have never waited to have her sit me down and make me feel at home. She just begins by asking me, how I am; it is all about me when Melissa works on your hair. Every salon should have a Melissa. Tasha! Tasha! Tasha! I came to Tasha a couple months back with a disaster! I had been to a stylist in Valencia and she botched my hair! I thought I would never find someone to fix it but my sister said that if anyone could fix it Tasha was the one. Tasha took me right away after hearing my story and was mortified when she saw what the other stylist had done. She took her time with me and asked me what my goal was with my hair. Tasha was so thorough with my hair that she took 3 1/2 hours to make sure it was fixed. When she showed me my before and after pictures I almost cried! Alexis, hair stylist extraordinaire and co-owner of Butterfly Loft is one of the most sought after stylists in Los Angeles. I've been going to her for my hair needs for several years. Yes, everyone wants to book an appointment with her, and it's clear why... her hair skills and personality. Alexis is an absolute wizard at cutting, coloring, and styling. She's a great listener, but she also always has a way of taking what I want and making it cooler. I trust her instincts. She's not only up on the latest fashion trends, she's one of the stylists who is responsible for creating them. When you sit in her chair, it's not like you are stuck with some boring shallow person. She's very intelligent, articulate, and interesting. She's witty, engaging, and fun to visit. The salon itself is wonderful. The Butterfly Loft is a fabulous new salon! Easy to find and although parking in San Fernando is always an issue, it's not here. When you walk in you immediately get a sense of the great, open space, reminiscent of a New York loft. The salon has a modern, hip look from the artwork to the color scheme. The receptionists are so welcoming and there's complimentary water and coffee in cool glasses and mugs while you wait. The stations have comfy chairs to sit in and large mirrors. Spacious windows bring in lots of light and the stylish shampoo bowls can adjust to your comfort. Stylists all looked professional and were so friendly. Alexis has been my stylist for years and I always leave looking perfect, thanks to the many great hair services that she offers. This new salon has all the ideal upscale qualities without the pretentious vibe. SO looking forward to my next visit!!! read more

I found Masey through Butterfly Loft and Salon's instagram page. I had been dying my own hair for years a dark chocolate brown and had recently tried to go to a lighter color. By doing this on my own I ended up with 3 different colors in my hair after several attempts. Before giving up and just dying it all black I decided to spend some $ and see if someone could help me fix the damage. Not only did I have 3 different colors in my hair but it was also so damaged from the 30 volume developer I used trying to lighten it. I needed a miracle. So let me tell you that my experience at the Butterfly Loft & Salon was better than I could've imagined. Masey was upbeat and made me feel so at ease. It takes a village....... To cut my hair! So, I walked into the Loft for the first time about 2 months ago. Was not sure what to expect by how fancy the place is. I expected pretentious and expensive. Much to my surprise it was very different. I lucked out and walked in with no reservation and met this super nice girl named Jessica who was on her way out and she informed me that she had a cancellation and she could cut my hair right then. She set me up with her assistant who washed my hair and then Jessica gave me a cut. I am use to paying $60+ for a cut......she did it for $40 and did a way better job then I have ever received. At the end of the cut Jessica washed my hair again. When do you ever get a 2nd wash? That blew my mind!!! I was getting the idea that I was receiving special treatment because I'm super famous.......but then I realized that I'm not! read more

I went to Butterfly Loft Salon the weekend before Valintine's. I made an appointment with Breanna Weinhold @breebirds_hair for a cut and color (balayage) two weeks in advance. My experience was amazing! I sent her photos of the color that I wanted, a burgundy balayage with purple tones that become more vibrant under direct light. She captured the color beautifully! Better than the photos I showed her. Before applying the dye, she showed me swatches of the mixes she played around with to make sure she had the right color. I love how the color ombres from black to a dark burgundy-purple with kicks of fushia/hot pink. The whole process took about 5 hours, which is pretty normal for a cut/balayage. Even though it took 5 hours, it really didn't feel like it and the complementary coffee was delicious! I will definitely come back again. read more

I recently had an amazing experience at Butterfly Loft and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcomed. My stylist Genevieve is truly AMAZINGGG, she took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered great advice to help me achieve the perfect look. The quality of service was amazing. I left the salon feeling great, the cut, color, and styling were flawless. I recommend The Butterfly Loft Salon, and especially hairstylist Genevieve, to anyone in search of outstanding hair services. LAURYN IS SUCH A TALENTED STYLIST!!! i showed her two completely different pictures and told her that i wanted something in between. she immediately thought of the perfect thing and went with it. it was my first time doing a crazy color and i couldnt be happier with what I got. she constantly made conversation with me throughout the entire process and made the 6 hrs bearable. she used a bleach that wouldnt completely fry my hair, which says a lot about how she cares for her customers overall hair health. I'm so happy to find Lulu at the Butterfly Loft Salon! I have been struggling to get my hair color and highlights right for years now and she really did a GREAT job! It was tricky because I had so many different people highlight my hair over the years and there was a lot going on. Lulu was able to correct the problem and gave me a beautiful head of highlights and a fabulous blow dry. I received so many complements afterwards and truly have not looked this good in many, many years. The salon is beautiful and very comfortable, the staff very friendly, and location and parking was a breeze. If you want a professional and caring stylist I highly recommend Lulu! read more
