But I can bring my clothes here and get it cleaned in 2 days, doesn't matter the type. I got rid of some clothes after working from home started in 2020. Then, I had to vacate out my closet for storage. At the same time, winter was over. I brought my jackets etc. here to get dry cleaned and put away for the summer. Then, restaurants opened in 2021. Time to go out and looking good with freshly laundered outfits. There's an alteration service here, I brought drapes here to get correct fit on my window. In 2022, we are fully back to normal. I continue to support this family-owned dry cleaner.

I went in one day to dry a pair of suit pants, a suit jacket and a white dress shirt I asked when it would be ready and they told me the very next day, that is unheard of. I thought my cleaning would be finished at the end of the day, but I got a text saying that my clothes were ready in the middle of the day. Really fast service. Also, I think she was the owner, but she thanked me for coming in and being a new customer and was very kind. I called back to ask a question and she answered so politely. I tried A-1 with a comforter and they were so much more professional and friendly. Charli (front desk person) is amazing and great with customers. I ended up taking all of my laundry and dry cleaning to A-1 and now won't go anywhere else. Not the least expensive but worth it to not have my clothes ruined. They do everything on site so nothing gets sent out and lost. I'm retired now so I don't need to go as often but this will be my cleaners from now on. Also nice touch -- they text when your order is ready. Too many times, my previous cleaners would say "ready x, y, or z" and then say - "not back yet, come back tomorrow." Never again.

They will not pay you for the clothes value that they ruined, only the service they charged. After coming here for years and having several issues with them like making holes on some of our items, or even leaving stains on them, they have reached the limit with this. And just FYI they kept my clothes for almost a week to "fix" the issue. After trying to pick them up twice, I decided to just take them as they are and took the money back for the service. But now I need to see to fix the items myself or once again have to buy them. DON'T come here. The owners are rude and will not help when problems like this happen. I laugh about it now, but she went as far as to call me ugly for telling her that this was too much and I find it unfair to not take responsibility for the ruined clothes. Horrible service.
