Months later, I received an unexpected bill claiming insurance didn't cover as much as the office expected. Despite doing my due diligence, paying what was required, I was repeatedly threatened with collections. I even went through the trouble of filing a formal appeal with Aetna, which was denied simply because of timing. This process has been stressful, time-consuming, and felt very misleading from start to finish. I've since resolved the balance just to avoid collections, but I will never return to this office and wouldn't recommend it to anyone who wants honest billing practices or respect as a patient.

That crucial piece of information was withheld until after my treatment was complete -- at which point they tried to hit me with a $1,200 bill. When I rightfully questioned this, I was met with nothing but condescension and hostility from their so-called office manager, "Marisol" who seems to believe that blaming the patient for their office's failure to properly explain financial obligations is acceptable. Rather than take any accountability, they opted to dismiss me as a patient; which is perfectly fine because I wouldn't trust this office to handle a basic cleaning, let alone a complex treatment. To make matters worse, I wasn't even happy with how my teeth turned out after treatment. When I was told my Invisalign was "done," I was genuinely shocked. I voiced my concerns multiple times, telling the doctor I wasn't satisfied with how my teeth looked, only to be brushed off and told it was "just in my head."
