My initial consultation happened within the last 24 hours. The office is part of Lauderhill, Florida's tens or hundreds of store front businesses. It is situated in a strip mall with ample parking spaces available less than 100 feet from the entrance.The office decor and ambiance were comfortable without pretense. Overall my initial impression was positive. A front-office assistant greeted me within 10-20 seconds after entering, and the waiting room's three chairs were empty. This tells me that the office's standarf operating procedure may be to diminish waiting time and support distancing recommendations during the COVID-19 pandemic. The office's internal foot-traffic control became more evident when I saw two or three patients return to the waiting room--one at a time--through a door, separating the waiting roon from a hallway to treatment rooms. Details such as these support my opinion that the office's management has created safety and a welcoming spirit by assuring that a new patient as I could complete all preliminary consents, medical history, and the like alone and uninterrupted until I was soon called, on time, to take a seat in my assigned treatment room. A staff member led the way to the treatment room rather than expecting me to go the distance in search of a numbered treatment room assigned to me. Yes, elsewhere and on multiple occasions, I have been subjected to scouting out a room, with a stranger 5-10 feet behind me barking out the room number--even correcting me when I failed to hit the mark on my first try. Not true of Luxe Dental, let's call the hunting and barking an unfriendly characteristic of many metro-area dental and medical practices. I cannot praise enough the choreographed staging my uneventful introduction provided me. It also instilled confidence long before I was introduced to the staff hygienist who took Xrays and an implant specialist who conducted a comprehensive dental and gingival exam. Prior to the first consultation appointment, my dental insurance information had been collected and confirmed. I also received a confirmatory call from an administrative assistant, updating me to my available benefits and reminding me to arrive ten minutes before the appointed time to complete admission paperwork. I might add a personal touch afforded me while I waited. I felt comfortable asking for water, which came in a disposable cup. More times than not, I don't ask any favors from the start--maybe I'm too shy but I assure you that the hospitality of this office was palpable in the welcome I received. It warmed my shy reticense. The office visit would have included a discussion of a plan of care, but my personal schedule did not allow it the same day. Instead, the office manager provided an appointment that easily fit my busy schedule during the same week to cover the care plan and projected procedural costs. My hope is to update this review as I experience more reasons why I recommend Luxe Dental highly without reservations. read more

Do not under any circumstances use this dental office. All they want is your money. They don't honor appointments properly, and the woman who does the cleaning ALWAYS recommends treatments worth thousands of dollars. Please save your money and aggravation and go to another dental office. read more

Going to the dentist does not rank in my 10 favorite things to do, BUT, I'm glad I went to Luxe Dental. From the front office to Lori the hygienist to Dr. Wilde, it was a memorable, positive, experience. I look forward to my December appointment. read more

I have no words for this office. I love every single last person here. They have taken care of me and my family like we were their own. I've never been a fan of the dentist and part of that was from my previous dentist. They're right by my house and decided to give them a try. Best decision ever!!! They're so calming. Their work is amazing and extremely affordable. They have a few different ways to pay that helps a lot!!!!!!! They are always helpful and treated us like they knew us forever. I been coming to see doctor Wilde for a long time long time, he treats you just like family and is very caring about his patients, he has a great staff in Eva, Brenda, Stephanie and Laurie. This location was formerly Dencare west which is when I originally started coming here. With the change over to Luxe dental all the staff seems to have stayed with the addition of Jessica whom I am getting to know but seems to be just like the rest of the staff caring and informative. When you go Lauri is the Dental hygienist who cleans your teeth and gums and helps get you on a great oral hygiene routine and tells you where you can improve and how. Doctor Wile does all the dental work the fillings root canals even oral surgery. He has helpped me to get my crowns that were originally done wrong by a other dentist fixed and on the right track, my last vist here for for 2 bone graphs to be the final fix to a long standing problem that was caused before I found what I call the best dental office in south Florida maybe all of Florida, his dental assistant Eva is a wealth of knowledge and is very passionate about what she does as she has being this a very long time. And once again when I say your like family they remember your name and your story they really do care. And that's hard to find in any field of work these days. Stephanie will always make sure to remind you your appoints and make sure she gets ahold of you one way or another they want to keep you on the best oral hygiene track as possible on their side. Brenda will make you laugh and always has a bright smile. These two beautiful young ladys are your first impression on the office and they set the bar high for any other dentist or even doctor offi e that you are to vist. After struggling for some time, I felt that I had to take a moment to share, at the very least, that I would not recommend this office. There are many different reasons that I would tell you to run the other way but the most important one is this -- After two plus months since my initial office visit for a consultation for a root canal, I am still in significant pain in my mouth and jaw area. The dentist presented himself as a specialist when in fact he was not an endodontist. My root canal turned into three visits of three weeks of pain (use of medication and rinses) that ultimately ended in a tooth extraction, because he did not have the knowledge or "tools" to complete the root canal. When he reached a point when he did not know what to do, he said, "I'm going to have to refer you to an endodontist so they can look at the tooth and see if it can be saved..." leaving me with no choice but to have him extract the tooth given the amount of pain I had already endured and the couple of thousands of dollars I was spending. This extraction led to further infection that ended me up in the urgent care and continued pain since. I lost time from work and couldn't eat. All they could manage was to provide me with a small refund and only charge me for the tooth extraction (which was still overpriced) and claim that it was not their fault. I signed an agreement (while crying my eyes out because of the pain I was in). I can only chew on one side and still have pain. After an experience like this (no exaggeration) I will never be the same. read more
