In her response to me, she said the nastiest things including that this isn't "a Chinese Shop" and that she's an "American" and can change ppls appointments whenever she wishes.. despite taking mandatory non-refundable deposits. I assume she was trying to imply that he nail lady's at Chinese owned salons aren't Americans which is an extremely problematic and borderline racist comment to make in itself. Mora of the story, don't go here if you value your time or money. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

I prob came off as rude- didnt say hello when I walked in and abruptly stated it was only six minutes. She kept telling me how she left her two kids home and came in for me. I had to get someone to sit with my husband to try to do this. I bought a certificate on yelp - figured let me use that get nails done and figure out pedicure later. With all the back and forth is was getting later - and she kept saying it it now 8:26 now 8:27 I said just do my nails so I can use certificate - she refused to service me . I wanted her to refund the certificate -- told me to get out and threatened to call police!! Now I am so upset and on border on a melt down. I couldnt refuse to take 5 minutes to help my neighbor - I could have said good morning when I walked in. I could have and would have left earlier if I knew my neighbor needed me for a few minutes. Now I am out $40 and didnt get my nails done and have to figure out a plan to find an hour or so to do it at future date. We were both upset but six minutes is hardly a big deal. and I called when I was 3 minutes late. I give it two stars because overall it was affordable and they were really nice at the shop. But my nails were terrible. I'm just a week they were falling off and needed a touch up.
