I was not satisfied with the way the tech was doing my nails because first of all the shape that I requested was off, then when she started doing the gel fills and although she had taken all of the product off of my nails. When she started doing the fill ins she was not putting any product on the tip of the nails and I told her I needed some product on the tips. Instead of her correcting the issue at hand she went and got the tech who was suppose to do my nails in the first place and she had a terrible attitude and wanted to argue with me. She acted like I had done something when I had not and wanted to charge me more money. I requested that the tech that was suppose to do my nails do them and she did a "REALLY BAD JOB PURPOSELY" and filled my nails in extremely thick because of her terrible attitude and then when she completed the job she "CHARGED ME $5.90 more. "DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP BECAUSE THE WOMAN IN CHARGE HAS A NASTY ATTITUDE AND THEN TRIES TO ARGUE WITH YOU WHEN YOU KNOW HOW YOU WANT YOUR NAILS DONE". When you are providing a service you have to have good public relations skills and give the customer what they want, not have a attitude, not care and do what you want. The place was very well organized, well ventilated, and bright. All the ladies there were extremely nice. The pedicure was really relaxing. They exfoliate your feet and the lower part of you leg. They also massage it with a hot stone. It felt really nice. They even hang your coat up for you and help carry your purse, shoes & socks. The manicure was really nice. They were really meticulous and cut & filed the nails well as well as pushing back the cuticles. The drying station is really spacious and clean. They even give you a back & neck massage while you're drying your nails with no extra charge. I heard the phone ringing every 10 minutes, with the lady at the desk saying they were all booked up. This place is popular! I called on Thursday to book for Saturday. I recommend booking early! Will definitely come again. :)
