However, Susan did a fabulous job on my (Dip only) nails, and changed the (regular) polish on my toes... BUT.. I was overcharged. $65 +Tax and 20% tip. I was told - Dip was $40 & Polish was $15 = $55 When I called them to make another appointment with the same girl, I wanted to first inquire about the charges; I couldn't get a solid answer... the Manager-Lily kept changing the "fee" amount (for each service) to try and "match/justify" what I was charged. She kept saying ... "You got a pedicure" (I did not), then "you got gel polish" (I did not)... "$5 to soak nails" (Okay - I've never been charged extra for this service, but okay - it's still an overcharge!). She kept changing the base fee, even blaming it on her dad (who processed the transaction) ... until I gave up and decided that this place isn't worth the STRESS it would bring if I returned. * Customers deserve a CLEAR Pricing structure - you don't get to charge whatever you want and expect them to return... and risk an even higher fee the next time!! Who has time for that!! * Had this been corrected... or handled better, I may have given them a higher score; but ZERO effort was made! * Customer Service & honesty matters! * Looks like I am not the only person complaining (reviews) about being overcharged! I'm sure there are others, they just choose to never return! * If you give them a try, just get CLEAR pricing upfront; they'll be nice, and your nails will probably look great!
