I got a manicure and pedicure. Pedicure was from Lisa and she did a great job. Cleaned up my cuticles, great paint job. $28 My issue was with my manicure. $40 just for Kelly to slap on some dip nails. She didn't clean up my cuticles before applying dip or clean up my nails after doing the dip nails. I had so much crap under my nails I had to clean them up when I got home. I also reshaped them at home because she made them into squares. Mind you, I was the only client in the salon at 10am. I told her I had a wedding to attend in 2 days too. Still no care given. I still gave a $10 tip as a farewell gift of never going back. Such a shame, because Lisa did great. I went on Thursday and the pictures I attached are Sunday morning. After 3 days my nails shouldn't be looking this trashy. This is how my nails looked by the second night...which was when the wedding was. I really wanted to fall in love with this nail salon after having moved across the country. My first experience here was in October and I proceeded to get a nail fungus on 2 nails for the first time and I've been getting my nails done for 15 years. Having to go without nails for 2 months was extremely uncomfortable since I need them to help keep my eczema from destroying my skin and making it raw from scratching with natural nails. After my fungus cleared up I figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and try them again. I went in December and got a a French style with a new set of tips so I could be sure no fungus started to grow. That set went fine, I lost a couple nails but it was the day before I needed a fill. No biggie. I went in last Tuesday 1/2/18 and I asked for a fill. Mind you I'm used to getting fiberglass fills not just a tip put on and some colored powder (which seems so strange, there's nothing to keep the tips adhered except a tiny bit of nail glue when they first put the tips on). Later in the day I notice my natural nails aren't even attached to the tip but the colored powder is what's keeping the nails from falling off. I was shocked to see this! 2 days after one of the nails completely lifted off. I immediately went in and had them fix it and add glue to all of the nails since they all were lifting 2 days after they were put on. Now it's been 1 week and I've had 2 nails completely come off as if they were barely attached. I'm going to have to get my nails filled again and it hasn't even been 2 weeks since the set was put on!! It's extremely frustrating and I'm very pissed since I paid $35 for this new set which I didn't really understand since I had a new set put on in December 2 weeks before this current set and it was a French set which normally means it'll cost more and was only charged $20. I really wanted to like this place but their quality control is completely lacking and they're nothing but a waste of money and time. read more

I usually never have a problem coming here... After today, I will be telling all my friends to go elsewhere. They also lost a loyal customer of at least 2 years... I got my nails done on 2/13 and spent over $60 for the nex gen. I got charged $10 extra for the length which is understandable... But!!! They lasted not even a day. I had a nail break THE NEXT DAY and I wasn't even doing anything other than putting on my makeup. They felt softer than usual but I didn't think much of it... Maybe it was the color. I take care very good care of my nails and I am very particular about my hands. I spend the extra money on nexgen BECAUSE it's supposed to last longer and be stronger than acrylic and they always are. I tried calling them that day 15 times and no one answered. The next day I got a busy signal. Over the next 4 days, 4 more broke and I finally got a hold of them and explained what was going on. They said come in tomorrow and we'll fix it. Okay great... I go in today and the person I talked to wasn't even there. I explained that I didn't want to get the same color as the rest could break - maybe the powder was just not mixed well or old - and I'd just like them fixed with a different color and a SHORTER LENGTH. Not trying to be too difficult and giving them PLENTY OF ROOM TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. The color I picked was an ombre chrome... From past experiences, chrome is $5 (it even states $5 on the ring the nail samples are on) and ombre is $10-15 extra. I can understand being charged $10, $15 at most.... They acted like it was the HUGEST inconvenience.... THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME 30 MORE DOLLARS TO FIX WHAT THEY DIDN'T DO RIGHT IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!! THEN they said I was the only customer they've had this problem with basically blaming me!!! Then they blamed the weather and everything else other than just admitting fault and fixing it. You oversold me a faulty subpar quality job, and THEN you try to overcharge me AGAIN when I give you the opportunity to make it right. Luckily I am capable of doing my own nails... But I just figured people who spend their hard earned money should know what a $65 nail job will get you here.... FYI you can get the powder dip at Sally's for $10 and a battery powered drill for $30... And that is good for more than just one nail job... You pay for the customer service and if this is how they treat a loyal customer, I'd rather do it myself than be grossly overcharged by people who don't care about the quality of their work. read more

I've been to this place a few times and I love it when it comes to the nails. They always do a good job especially Mary or Hugo. The salon is cute, nice, and clean. However my only small complaint is that they never make conversation with you. At least "how's your day?" would be nice. It's like that every time I go. I wish they would smile a little more, or make an effort about customer service. It's seem like they don't wanna be there. But I do love how my nails turn out. I posted in a Facebook group asking for a salon that could do pink & white ombré and someone from this salon commented. After seeing it was less than a mile from me I went and started browsing their page. Within a few minutes I sent a message about booking an appointment and to my surprise at 10pm someone got back to me and booked me with May! I came in today and decided to do an ombré with spring colors- May was so friendly, fast and made sure constantly that everything was perfect. Got my hair cut here by Peter. Great customer service: drinks, conversation, haircut. They also do nails, waxing, a massage room, eyelashes, and spa services. The people who work here really seem to enjoy what they do and are really artistic and caring of your needs. I know myself to be a complicated customer and Peter was super patient and was able to customize exactly how I wanted my hair to be. My sister got a full set here and a brow wax and she had a blast with the techs in the salon. The salon is under new management, this was my first time here and it wasn't a very pleasant experience. Ive been working for three weeks straight and my boyfriend wanted to treat me to get my nails done. I usually just get a gel pedicure but I decided to get some acrylic nails done too. The salon has a sale going on where it's 20% off everything so I decided to come in to see if I could get a good deal. The manager explained how NexGen powder lasts a bit longer than gel and it's stronger so I decided to go for it. The pedicure: WAS HORRIBLE, i got some new lady? She charged me extra $5 just to take the gel off my toes and then she barely massaged my feet! I felt tense the whole service. Midway through the pedicure she went home and another lady took over. The First Lady had scraped my skin and caused my toe to sting and she did not stop the service how you're suppose to when theirs an open wound... she continued to finish the service and Im left with a red toe so I can't even show off my pedicure... The acrylics were okay but the lady also made one of my fingers bleed, she just kept saying "I'm so sorry." This place wasn't very professional and I understand it's a new store trying to built its clientele with "Sales" which wasn't a very good sale because I ended up still spending $65, that's how much I normally spend at my local salon for the exact same service without getting cut... I had come here twice to get my nails done, the first time was stellar! The crew who did my nails did it perfectly and the nails were on for almost 3 weeks. This previous time on December 23rd was atrocious, not only did my nexgen nails start to pop off 4 days after they got done but I feel I wasted my $45 on this set. I pay money for my nails to last at least 2 weeks and this set didn't even make it a week. I'm now not even two weeks out with no nails on my fingers anymore. I don't know if I'm going to come back because it's not fair to pay for new nails when my previous nails should still be on. read more

I went to Ann Nicole's when it was time for a new set and had a completely different experience! It was great! May did my gel set and was absolutely perfect. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE if I can give this place NO stars I would!!! May the owner never smiles when you walk through the doors. I had been a loyal customer for about 2 years. I had already bumped heads with the owner before because of some lady doing my nails did not do a good job. I still went back after that mess that happened. Today I called ahead to make sure if I can come in to get my Nails filed down because they are too long and may the owner said she was busy. I had just got my nails done about a week ago. She had told me to go about 15 minutes and I said ok. When I got their she was busy and she asked another employee to file my nails down. Well this lady started cutting my nails super short to where my skin is at. I asked her what are you doing she and she was like "Oh I thought you we're getting a new set" i just told her to stop working on my nails. I got up to where May was at to show her what the other lady did. She wouldn't even look up and kept saying "I'm busy" and then said "she don't understand " I had to ask her to look at my nails like 4 times. I was standing next to her while she did another customer nail. . I felt so humiliated and walked out!! I will never go back. I will refer all my friends and relatives to another location. read more

Before I decided to get my manicure and Pedicure, I asked one of the technicians if they do the acrylic nails using the form, and over the natural nails. The technician told me, "yes," after the first couple times of him not understanding what I was meaning (that should have been my first sign). So, I decided that I was going to go ahead and get a pedi-cure as well because I thought, "why not?" As I was waiting for the technician to give me my manicure, another technician started working on my feet. Then, as the first technician that I had talked to started to use the drill on my nails, he pulled a box of false nails out. I told him (politely) that I wanted the acrylics using the form. He said, "Oh! You want the form... we don't do that. That was a long time ago- I don't know who did that for you, but no body does that anymore, that's old." And then he started to take my hand and was about to put the glue on my nails, and I told him, "No thank you, I'm just going to do my feet today... Sorry for the misunderstanding, but that's not what I want to do." He put nail oil on my nails and walked off. The technician apologized, and finished up my feet. So, to sum it up, my pedicure could have also been a lot better because I feel as though my feet could have been scrubbed a little better, and the paint on my toes aren't even covering all of the nail, plus I was wanting the manicure more and I left with super rough nails because I didn't want to pay for a basic manicure to fix what the technician messed up. No I didn't go in last minute, and no I'm not "that customer" who isn't happy with anything. I'm just a girl that wanted to treat herself to something she rarely gets to do, because mani/pedi's are not cheap! read more

I have been going to Ann Nicole's for 6 years now. I have been extremely satisfied until the last 6 months. The last two spa pedis I have received were terrible & have me looking for a new nail salon. The last expeieince I had was the worse. I received a spa pedi & the massage was terrible, mainly pushing done hard on my calf bone to the point where it felt bruised the next day. And at the end of the massage when I was starting to relax, she took all five fingers & forced them between my toes as far as she could. I said NO! & she stopped, but had a smirk on her face. They are terrible...came twice and both times cut my toes and there was more blood loss then normal. But I brush it off like whatever but the fact that they don't say sorry or anything pisses me off. So I never been to this location but I have been to the one in Walmart when they were there couple years ago. I went on a sunday at 450pm and when I walked In.. I told the lady I wanted a pedi and mani and that usually take one Hr at least. Also they close at 6pm on Sunday, instead of asking me " I can give u mani or pedi since we might take longer than one Hr and we closing at 6pm" the lady said " sorry we are busy and we closing at 6pm. Sorry we're not taking any customers right now. I looked at my watch and thinking "I got one Hr and 10 minutes." So I asked if I can at least get a mani since I really need it one.... She still said no. And btw there was only 2 customers in there... Sitting by the pedi chairs.. I'm never even gonna go there. It doesn't seem like they want to do business. read more
