I recently called Perfection Painting to inquire about having someone come out and give me a bid on painting the exterior of my residential home in Firestone. Kristin answered the phone and could not have been more helpful! She sent Brandon out the next day to perform the measurements to get me the bid. The bid was emailed the next day. This was our 2nd bid and they came in about $50 less than the other company. Not really enough to sway my vote their way, however, their excellent customer service did! I called Kristin to set up the job and she had a crew out the very next week. They power washed Monday, painted Tuesday and touched up/cleaned up Wednesday. I will say it was a bit of a mess outside while they were painting, but that is to be expected unless you want overspray all over your patio furniture-I would expect the mess with any reputable painting company. Jay was our painter and was very easy to talk to and was very helpful. Our house looks great, they did a great job cleaning up and I'm more than satisfied with the service I received. Our bid is exactly what I am paying for the final bill. I didn't try to hid any of our peeling paint, popped nails or water damaged wood areas, hoping they would fix it for free once they found it. I was told that the peeling paint, popped nails and piece of water damaged wood around the columns was common and the repair was included in their service--I didn't have to pay any extra. I should also mention that I grabbed interior paint samples at Home Depot, picked the color and figured I would have to go match it to the Kwal exterior paint but Kristin said they would run over to Home Depot, grab the color sample that I wanted and color match it--I didn't have to do a thing but give her the name and brand! I mailed in a check for the full amount, after they cleaned up, I didn't have to book it when I received the estimate to get a discount and I didn't have to pay a deposit. They just charged the bid and let me make the decision in my own time, no pressure. I appreciate that, the high pressure sales pitch doesn't work for me and neither does jacking up the price only to give me a "discount." I will use them every time and recommend them to anyone. read more

I've been using Perfection Painting for years, both for interior and exterior painting, as well as staining my decks. The crews are professional, courteous, and do an excellent job. We've only ever had one issue with some paint that bubbled up on the south side of our house after a couple of years, and they were great about coming out and making it right for us, with no hassle. They really do stand behind their work. This last time, we had the entire interior of the house repainted, which can be very disruptive, but the guys went out of their way to be as least disruptive as possible, and always cleaned up at the end of each day. They also moved most of the furniture (with great care) which was extremely helpful. I was saddened to hear of Paul's death when I called this time, as he always took such great care of us on past jobs. I was a little hesitant to use Perfection Painting once I heard this news, as I didn't know what the company might be like without him. But Brandon gave us the same great care. He gave us reasonable (and accurate) estimates, made great suggestions, and sent out one of the usual great crews to do the job. (Ask for Freddy's crew.) These guys were awesome!!! Brandon was super easy to work with, friendly and very professional. He even came a second time to help us decide on the colors. Kristina answered every call I made and responded to every email I sent in a very timely manner. Everything was done on time as scheduled. The crew was great, they power washed the exterior of the house, primed, scraped and caulked as proposed. The guys we very friendly and cleaned up every day before going home. Brandon came back out for a final walk and HE pointed out more imperfections than either my wife or I saw. They fixed every little imperfection to ensure we were happy. What a great company to have paint your house. Several of our neighbors have asked for contact info to have Perfection Painting give them a bid. I would use them again in a heart beat. I had the exterior body and trim of our house, in addition to 2 out buildings painted. The painters were fast and efficient. The job was completed in late February, 2015. Even with some snow storm delays, the job was completed within a reasonable time frame. I had some lap board siding repair included in the contract. The work was done well. They did an excellent job of color matching existing body color, as well as matching the trim color to the new anodize aluminum window frames. I also had the exposed drip flashing on our roof painted to match the trim -which took several coats painted by hand. The company's attention to perfection was evident during the walk around with the project manager, who was always a phone call away. He even spotted several imperfections that I had not noticed, each of which were quickly rectified. read more

First of all, they were kind enough to squeeze this commercial job in for us - a great feat for any contractor in this area who is playing catch up after all the rain. The office staff was kind, knowledgeable and so helpful. Always professional and nice. Kristina was so understanding as I was working around tenant schedules to get this done. The painters, well... I can't say enough about their work ethic and attention to detail. I stopped by quickly around noon to check status and they were nice enough to stop and talk with me. I thought I would run by around 6pm to see if they got any paint on the place and WOW! They not only did that, but the job was completed and the clean up was incredible. It looks amazing!!
