WOW! Perfection Unlimited was recommended on this site so I stopped by for an estimate on a minor fender scrape. I quickly discovered that old-fashioned customer service is alive and well in Aurora, CO! I went in, the owner came out with me right away (no filling out paperwork first), and had one of her body repair guys come out and take a look. He went back for a buffing rag and a bit of touch-up paint and that did the trick. Done deal. A different company quoted me several hundred dollars and a major wait of several days. Granted not all jobs would be this simple but no one else offered even a hint of the alternative Perfection Unlimited did. If I EVER need body work done they will be my only choice. I highly recommend these friendly, professional, helpful and, yes, neighborly people. read more

Awesome honest shop! I brought in a primed front bumper purchased off of eBay that I needed painted. Other shops had turned me down because I was wanting to install myself. Chet at Perfection Unlimited was very honest and upfront letting me know he was unsure how it turn out. At one point I commented "As long as it looks better than my current bumper with the hole in it" Chet was quick to reply he's not sure about that. Still I had faith in the outcome so I left him the primed bumper and made it clear there were no time restraints. 3 days later Chet called and said it was ready for pick up and had turned out better than expected. I have a 2005 GMC Sierra pickup truck. It is a great truck and I have done my best to maintain it. It started rusting out on both sides of the back wheel wells. I have used Perfection Unlimited for body work before and they have always done a top notch job. Rick went ahead and cut our the rusted metal and welded new metal into each side and expertly painted the back bed of my truck in the summer of 2018. This summer paint started to bubble up on the right hand side. Rick took a look at it and had me drop it off. He completely redid the right side - cut out the bad, welded in new metal and repainted the bed. All of this at no extra charge to me. This is called CUSTOMER SERVICE! It is very rare these days that a company stands behind their work like this. If your car or truck is in need of body work go no further as Perfection Unlimited is the best!!!! read more

Bought my car with hail damage and luckily found Perfection Unlimited. They replaced and painted a new hood and got out 3 huge dents over door as well as a couple on the side. Did a beautiful job. Asked them about replacing the roof. They were very honest in telling me that the paint wasn't cracked and it would be fine, if I decided against doing it. Perfection's website states in multiple places, "Whether you are looking to restore a classic car, rebuild a complete wreck, fix major body damage or minor scratches, we can do it all." Yet when I called the shop and told them I'd had previous issues with my vehicle being 'too old to paint' at other shops they asked what I was looking to get done. I told them I have a 1990 Chevy truck and they IMMEDIATELY stated that they, "Probably wouldn't even entertain that job." They guy on the phone said that they start around $4000 for a car and asked what I was willing to spend. I let him know that I would prefer a quote before I started throwing numbers out, but when I eventually told him that I understand that getting a full-size pickup painted is generally around $3000-$5000 he repeated that they wouldn't be interested in doing the work. read more

I decided that the dumpster in my alley needed to be moved and ran my car into it. ;) The dumpsters looked great but my car needed a new bumper and headlight. I got several estimates. Perfection Unlimited was not only the lowest but the nicest. The car looks great and the experience easy. They even touched up other dings on my old beater. Chad is professional and cares deeply about his customers. He is honest and his price is very fair compared to others. I scratched my car door on our garage gate. I went to some bigger name car dealer shops who quoted me about $1000 on the job. Chad took a look at my car and cleaned the "scratch" with some special solution on the spot without any charge.
