I was incredibly impressed by the expertise and troubleshooting diligence exhibited by Kermit and the team at SHA. As a female, I usually hate speaking with auto shops because you either get dismissed or talked down to. Quite the contrary! Kermit walked me through the issue, was transparent along the way, showed me photos to review the work that had been done, and exhibited excellent customer service. Their pricing was fair, the car is fixed and I feel relieved that my daughter's car is back on the road. 10 out of 10 recommend.

They'll give you a low ball offer to buy a nice truck off you though they'll tell you it's not worth fixing or driving a vehicle so they can buy it's for cheap and flip it probably. Shady mechanics. I remember being offered $700 for my 04 Tacoma because you guys said it was scrap and then putting 10,000 more miles on that vehicle and thinking you all were crazy the whole time I was driving it before I totaled it. Their voicemail was retaliatory at best. There was no reason to call me after I left this review. I gave my feedback. It's a terrible business that this is and I would never recommend my worst enemy to go there. It makes you feel grimy walking in. It's a disgusting place. They're in an alleyway that feels like homeless people regularly pee in front of their front door because of the smell if they call me again I'll add more details so you can know why you should avoid it.

Needed an oil change and didn't want to make a dealership appointment. Had to grab my son from school in thirty minutes. Take 5 Oil Change to save the day! Pull up in one of the two lines. They'll ask what you need. Get some information on you and your vehicle if you haven't been in before. You wait in the car. Pay. Roll out. The national commercials show the bottled water and window cleaning. That wasn't my experience but it was quick and easy for sure. Price is about what you would expect for a quick in and out. Maybe a tad high but all the prices and services are clearly marked online. They do have coupons so maybe peep and save yourself $10-25. Doesn't hurt. I don't think this would be a regular occurrence for me but if you've somehow forgotten to get your oil changed or only have 20-45 minutes between appointments this is definitely a strong contender.

Extremely impressed with the work and service! I took my Honda 2012 V6 coupe because my alternator I thought I fixed at another mechanic shop wasn't working properly. 2 days later my car was fixed! Now my car runs like it was brand new again. I have never been to a mechanic that doesn't want to rip you off. I gave Ken the authorization to fix everything and anything he thought needed to be fixed. He only did what was needed at a great price. Honest businessman and would recommend to familia! I found my new mechanic shop! Appreciate it ***Update - Had this knocking in my engine that sounded horrible. Sounded like my engine was coming apart. Took it to Ken and he and his crew fixed it in no time. It was just the timing belt and a few other wear and tear parts. Another opportunity to rip me off, but they didn't. Honest people and they only fix what needs to be fixed, no BS. Good people are hard to find and we appreciate you for that. Definitely recommend and I will always go back. read more

I didn't even get my car serviced and Ken saved me thousands of dollars! I needed a catalytic converter for a '15 Nissan Rogue and after research I was bellyaching over what it was going to cost. My neighbor told me how TTA treated him well and I should try them out. When I called I was told that converters are covered under a Federal warranty and I shouldn't have to pay to get it replaced. I CANNOT thank him enough for his honesty. He could have just done the job and took my money! We dropped my wife Subaru Forster of with some major problems mostly electrical and ac was not working also both head light housing need to be replaced and all kinds of warning lights on dash on. We talked with Ken who said the best thing to do would be to diagnostic and would call us and let us know how much. They had her car for about 2 weeks and came in about have the price the quoted us, very reputable and honest. I would have more work done with them when I need it. Thanks Bob read more

I went in to fix up my car's A/C and to get new brakes. Both things my last mechanic told me to get looked at. Ken was super friendly and would give me updates every time he could. He told me I didn't need to get new brakes and ran many diagnostics on my A/C. Ken and his team discovered I only needed a few electrical wires fixed and saved me a ton of money. I have taken my 2002 Toyota 4Runner into Tune Tech twice and have had fantastic experiences both times. Ken is kind and personable and took the time to explain to me exactly what the issues were and how they would be handled. I took my car to Stevinson Toyota and the repair rep said I had a small slow oil leak that could end up 'ruining' my car. He billed me $575 to solve the problem. Next visit he said I had a small slow oil leak again...same one. He suggested I get the job done right for $2500. I took my car to Tune Tech and they replaced a hard-to-get-to gasket for $150. She had purchased the vehicle from Carmax and also purchased the extended warranty. They basically handed her a list of Mechanic shops to choose from but we literally knew nothing about any of them. She ended up choosing the shop that was closest to her house and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. Travis was the best! He was very communicative, never pressured her to spend money on non-necessary items, also never tried to upsell her on repairs that she didn't actually need. They fixed her car in a timely manner and assisted her with filing the claim (apparently there is a paperwork process when you use a Carmax approved shop?) anyways, he made sure that was all handled correctly and all of the necessary repairs were included. It's hard to be 1000 miles away and let your child handle these things by themselves... luckily (for everyone involved) they were amazing to work with and everything went great. We will certainly be back if she ever needs any car repairs in the future.
