Absolutely fantastic! I only needed four things done for my vehicle for my 30,000 mile maintenance. The dealership quoted me between $400 and $500. I also got a quote from another place that quoted me $1700. JK One was affordable and aligned with what I needed. They didn't try to sell me services. I didn't need and were very transparent about their pricing. They are very responsive to yelp requests. They responded with 24 hours or less. This was the best automotive service I've ever had! All the guys were super friendly and helpful. I went for an oil change initially and ended up needing a belt and brakes as well. They answered all of my questions and showed me the old belt and explained why the replacement was needed. I was very comfortable with the whole process and feel the price was more than reasonable! I had a bad experience with another mechanic this morning - they couldn't finish my alignment but didn't tell me that I had a bent part under one wheel. I had to call to ask about it when I was home and read their paperwork. Their proposed solution was a few days at a body shop, who'd then take it back to them to re-align and then back to the body shop. That sounded ridiculous, not to mention time consuming. So, looking on Yelp, I found many great reviews for JK Auto repair, so I decided to try them. They were pleasant, helpful - and fixed my car in an afternoon. They replaced the bent controller arm and then did an alignment. I didn't even ask them to do an alignment - it was obvious to them that it would then need doing. And it was over $100 less than they had quoted me originally. According to the stickers on the wall, most of their technicians are certified mechanics and they're approved by CarFax for several years. The men working there were very pleasant to work with. I'll take my Toyota there for routine service in the future - we've just moved to Denver and are glad to have found a good mechanic. read more

I was recommended to JK One by my father-in-law who lives nearby. I asked the owner for a quote for a big service in August 2022 for a timing belt, water pump, valve cover gaskets, etc on my 3rd Gen 4Runner. It was now November and I had saved enough money to have the big service performed. They honored my original pricing and got me scheduled. While they were performing the service, they noticed additional oil leaks in other areas (25 year old Runner with 275k miles). I approved the additional work and it was ready the next day. They were very honest, friendly, and genuinely a pleasure to do business with. They have won me over as a customer from other Toyota shops. They even advised me of what to look out for since I let them know I can do most basic maintenance jobs myself. My truck was riding a little rough whenever I rode over a man hole so I thought I needed new shocks/struts. Requested a quote that came in a little over $800.00.
