Although it was a standard 33 x 22 sink replacement, Victor had to cut quite a lot from the counter top to get it to sit flush. After that, he got the disposal and all the plumbing to line up. He ran the sink and disposal and after a few more minor adjustments, he was done. Everything works perfectly! No leaks. I will be using Victor for future projects.

He rebuilt it from scratch with cedar planks and added the ventilation grilles, new trim, and handle. It fits perfectly and it completely transformed the exterior of the house. Every other contractor said to go buy one and cut it down but that wouldve made the door weaker. The attention to detail was relieving. Didn't have to tell him EXACTLY what to do and check on him. Minde is an artist. Every now and then, you get someone you really like. Last thing, on price he was very competitive. Not the highest, but not low balling either. He fixed the light above our kitchen sink that hadn't worked for a long time. And the light in our refrigerator was acting like a strobe light. He placed some tape over the button that controls that light so now the light doesn't go on when we open the fridge but I'm glad that the flickering has stopped! Also, he noticed that the kitchen faucet had a weak water flow on the "stream" setting. He told me what to do to get it back to normal. I really appreciated that help. I corresponded with them that evening and they were able to go to the house at 11am the next morning. The technician made the repairs and so tarping was not needed. I was only charged $400 for this and so far so good the tenant said he hasn't heard any rain. Andy was excellent and letting me know to contact him if there was still leaking after the repair and they would go back and re-evaluate. Andy of Golem never told me whether the roof needed to be replaced. It has been 20 years so I reached out and he gave me all the details and said they didn't want to be pushy because a lot of homeowners wanted to get a few more years out of their roof. I appreciate his honesty and also I loved that they were not pushing us to get a new roof even though we needed one. I believe that things will not get cheaper and I like to fix things before big issues occur so at this moment I am working with Andy to get an estimate and will go forward with replacing the roof in the next few months.
