Generally I'd say I'm pretty good with home repairs. I tried fixing my glass slider that has always been difficult to open and close. I was able to get the front part out with a little bit of work, but there was no way I was going to get the back side out. Even if I got it out, I was thinking there is no way I'm going to put that back in. So I called Slide n' Glide on a Saturday and they got back to me that day. We scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. On Tuesday Bobby arrives on time and was very courteous. He came in with his tools, and if he popped it out easily, I would have been mad at myself. Bobby popped out the front with ease, but the back side was giving him issues too. This made me glad that I hired a professional to do this work. After a few tricks and leverage he was able to pop it out. After watching Bobby struggle with the stubborn slider I knew if I had any other issues with the door I'd call him again. He charged me the price he quoted. He threw in a rail guard at no cost and made sure the door handle and latch were properly aligned. Bobby does great work and certainly knows what he is doing. I was in desperate need of somebody to repair the pocket door in my 70+ year old home. The pocket door is part of the original build, so I was expecting a problem getting it fixed. After dealing with a flat roller for too long we called Bobby, we should have called much sooner! The first guy said it couldn't be done... But Bobby said "I can do it!". Bobby got down to business and took out the old rollers. He showed the flat spots which would simulate a lockout when the wheel was on a flat spot.
