Love their latte art is always super cute! It's becoming my favorite new cafe spot. The seats are super comfy, with nice ambiance. Great seating outdoors under the shades for sunny days. There are lots of great sweet bakery options for breakfast, savoury options for lunch. Price for the sandwiches is pretty reasonable, I had their veggie panini and pistachio croissant, both delicious. Next time I want to try their gelatos

Stopped by for some baked goods and latte. Ample seating. Art could be added to drinks. Mozzarella, tomato, and pesto was amazing! Croissant had pistachio cream filling.

Chocolate Croissant, Americano, Turkey and Brie

This new location on Robson has been much-awaited, and was a hit, right from day one. It's in my building, but I managed to resist for a whole month before sampling their offerings. The focus here is on pastries and gelato, but I don't have much of a sweet tooth, so I decided to try one of their sandwiches, something you can't really find out about on their fairly uninformative website. I had the turkey and brie, and I must say it was absolutely delicious. It was warmed for me, and the gooey consistency of the generous slabs of brie was great, accented by thin slices of pear and some very savory turkey. The pretzel roll was fresh, and half a sandwich was a satisfying lunch. I saved the rest for later. I should have also asked them to warm the chocolate croissant, but I was expecting to take it with me. But temptation got the better of me, and I dug in after my sandwich. Mistake, because the chocolate was essentially a solid unmelted bar in the center. My fault, not theirs. I will say the pastry crust was perfectly flaky and browned. The coffee menu is extensive, of course. I simply had an Americano, and it was quite good. The inside dining area is nice, and outside is even nicer.

Blue Matcha Latte

This is such a cute cafe!! My friend and I were in town and were looking for a quick breakfast when we passed by Perfecto. Their menu is very unique! I found the Blue Matcha Latte to be interesting so I decided to get it. The server made sure to let me know it has a distinct taste when I ordered it and I agreed to try it! It definitely has a unique taste and doesn't taste like anything I've had before, but I liked it. The server was also kind enough to ask if I like it and if I needed any adjustments made after I tried my first sip!! My friend also got the Peanut Butter Latte and this one was also so good! If you like peanut butter then I would definitely recommend this drink :)

We had dinner across the street and were excited to see gelato. Great flavor options such as Ferrero Rocher and many more. We didn't even see the massive patries until we walked around the counter to pay. The staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere very relaxed. Some people appeared to be doing their own thing, one couple was on a date, and we just popped in for a few. I recommend if you're in the area.

Cortado and chocolate croissant

During our recent trip to Vancouver BC, we went looking for a coffee spot and happily stumbled onto the Robson location of Perfecto. When we went there, there were so many pastry and coffee drink options, so I went with my normal choice, a warmed chocolate croissant, paired with a cortado. The cortado was well balanced and creamy, and paired well with the flaky and warmed croissant. We loved the aesthetics of the cafe and took a seat looking outside as folks strolled on by. It was a beautiful fall weekend. Also, I had a cappuccino, and butter croissant the other day as well. We'll be back.

Excellent! Strawberry danish superb!

The taste of the fillings was very well balanced with nothing being overpowering. I could taste every single ingredient yet they went together very well! I particularly liked the stracciatella cheese. It added a fluffy and soft texture to the sandwich. The shop was small, cozy and well decorated. There were some available seats when I was there at around 1:30pm. There was no line as the peak lunch hour had passed. They made my sandwich immediately so I didn't have to wait at all.

Italiana was so good. Double Prosciutto!! Truffle flavor was strong and paired with stracciatella cheese. What a great combination! And Arugula was very fresh. Foccacia was very crispy outside and soft inside. One of the best sandwich. I will order again. Monte cristo was also good. Grilled bread was very crispy and nicely pressed. Provolone and prosciutto cotto combination was great, too. Sundried totamto provided great accent. I will order this one again, too. Overall, it was a great sandwich shop. Highly recommend.

Perhaps it was because it was rainy during those days but floor was not clean, the place was really busy so I can see how it may be hard to keep up with cleaning. Staff was fast with orders though. Gosh it absolutely did not disappoint & I should have ordered another one! The taste of this sandwich was so delicious, I couldn't chew it fast enough. The cabbage, tartar sauce & fish-katsu sauce are delightful together. This food truck is located right at Canada Line subway station - Vancouver Centre Station - main entrance on Georgia at Granville. You'll notice it when you come up the escalator & turn right onto the Granville Mall. Basically it's right near Nordstrom. I don't know if I'll bother with the other sandwich options cause I just love the Fish-Katsu that much. It's a very small simple sandwich. Nothing really fancy to it at all, but the taste utterly rocks. So glad I tried it & I can't wait to go back!

I got the gyu-katsu sandwich. I found the sandwich a bit small and for the price, it was pretty expensive. $16 after tax. Don't get me wrong. It was tasty. I found it nothing wow. The beef was cut in a certain way that it remained as one piece to make it easier to season. The gyu katsu is their more popular sandwich. However, it doesn't come with any lettuce or anything other than the beef and sauce. The bread was nothing special. It was basically thin regular bread. It does take them about 10 mins to make the sandwich. In terms of the way they serve it, it was presented to me nicely and the box was made to perfectly fit the sando inside. Not a bad sandwich but it was just pretty pricy.
