Mark can work on his honesty. He quoted me a price on the phone so i sent the customer over, and he then changed the price for them completely taking advantage of them!!! I called him to ask why he charged more than what he said and he got very defensive saying that he had to work alot more than what he thought and that its 150 and hour because he has a certified shop. Well this is not the same quote he gave me when i first spoke to him. I would have never sent anybody over to him and will never do that mistake again. It was a simple fix and he turned it into a big job i guess so he can over charge i Dont recommend this place to anybody. read more

I noticed that whenever you apply the brakes on my moms Toyota Camry, the car seems to "shudder" for lack of a technical term. I consulted Yelp as I often do to look for a reliable and recommended provider of service. Saturday morning I called and spoke to Mark and I explained what was happening. He asked me a couple of questions and told me what he thought was the problem and an approximate cost to repair. I said I would be there Monday morning. I arrived Monday morning and they drove my car around a tiny bit to see what was happening. I received a call a few minutes later and they told me what needed to be done (front brake pads and rotors) and the cost (which was what I was told on Saturday). It's so nice to find a trustworthy automotive repair shop. Mark and his team did everything they said needed to be done at the price quoted. Great service, my car broke down while I was out the city on a meeting. After calling so many shops, they are the only ones that took my damaged car right away, obviously I was trying to get back to Chicago same day. My starter broke and it was not easy to replace it due to harden parts of the damaged starter. They got it done within hours and on a fair price. Happy with their customer service. I'm just blown away by how great this place is considering it was my first time and I'm always iffy trying to find an honest auto shop. I spoke to Mark, who was super helpful, over the phone to set up an oil change on Tuesday. Turns out I was able to work from home on Monday so I went over and asked the guy at the front desk, Corey if they could squeeze me in although I had no appt. (Now I know they have this big sign that says "No appt necessary" on their window but I still like to make one, just in case ya know? :-)) Corey said yes and 30 minutes later he drove my car to the front and I was done! I had asked if I needed a tire rotation - Corey said he'd check and apparently I didn't need one yet. I so appreciate his honesty and not trying to sell me something I don't need. While waiting for my car, there was this nice gentleman who told me he's been coming to this place for a long time, and that they are honest and they'll take care of their customers. I've been coming here since I was old enough to drive/ own a car. I live about thirty minutes away now and will still make the drive if I suspect I need anything more than a minor oil change. All the guys here are super nice and extremely helpful. They don't b.s. you either. I've tried taking my car to Midas in Hanover Park/Streamwood and other shops by my current residence but they always try to up sell you or scare you into something you don't NEED to have done to your car at that time. Mark is a very friendly, polite, smart business owner and I can't imagine someone having a negative experience with him. As long as they're in business they'll be getting my business! read more

The ultimate dishonest shop to go, I was recommended by another mechanic to go there, as he don't do electrical work or for whatever reason. I have to get my car towed there from other mechanic to this mechanic costing me money, this guy Mark nor his other friend mechanic shop never mentioned anything to me about the cost of repair to or getting checked cost, all he said was fuel pump not working, when I got my car towed again to this crooks Roselle Service they said they will check, one of their mechanic called me said two different prices, one if the part was brought from dealer another option was if the part brought from after market, both were high prices, so I ask what if I go with other lower price to repair will he give me a break as I already had the part with me brand new fuel pump, he said he will check with the owner Mark. Then Mark called me giving another higher price, as said I can't afford the rate he given me then he said in order for your car to be out of his place I have to pay 110.00 dollars, which was a bad trick, when I got my car towed there he didn't mentioned about checking my car rate whereas the other mechanic shop already said it was fuel pump issue. Mark the owner he threaten to keep my car there if I don't pay110 dollars right away for not doing any work at all, this is the most dishonest and shady way of doing business. I was financially tight they took advantage as my wallet was in my car at their shop they charge my card to realese my car towing which again I have to pay towing company. I've been taking my car here since I was old enough to drive (ok usually my dad comes with because I don't know anything about cars) and I've always had a positive experience. I now live 2 and a half hours away and still come here to get my oil changed and everything serviced when I'm home visiting my parents. They're very friendly and fast and flexible and when anything goes wrong when I'm at home, I wish I had a service center like them around!! read more

I have been bringing my cars here for at least 15 years and I have always been very happy with the service. Mark is always very upfront with what you need done and is never trying to sell up. They are very accommodating and easy to work with as far as scheduling and arranging. They have even given me a ride home after I dropped my car off.
