So the following few days I called back to bring in my car for service. Craig reassured me that the brakes were not issue but other issues would be the issue and make the car unsafe to drive. They were kind enough to lend me a loaner car for the weekend, and to my surprise, I got a call Friday evening that my car was ready for a pick up! The whole team was super friendly, it's a family owned business and it shows. They have me a clear itemized breakdown of everything that needed work, no pressure or upselling and were very accommodating throughout the process. I spoke with Joe at 1:23 pm, he gave me an email address to send a photo of the wheel I needed to match and by 1:30 pm I had a product description and price quote. I was disappointed the wheel in stock was not the same color as the ones I have on my car. Joe didn't see that as a problem, he offered to paint the wheel for me and have it ready the next day. The next day he was as good as his word and the wheel was ready and installed within 30 minutes of my arrival at the shop! Throughout this process he was kind, courteous and professional. I feel like I found a long lost relative, especially after he directed me to a nearby location of one of my favorite restaurants serving Italian beef sandwiches. He was able to successfully remove the severely fused cap, checked all of my tires, and filled them accordingly with air given the recent cold snap.
