Meth kit - has no leaks works fine, wired to a fuse that has power even when car is off. Drains battery if not turned off with the car. Front splitter was missing bolts even with hardware provided only hanging on from canards. Splitter was flapping at 100+; destroyed my $1,100 splitter and $250 front grill. Was told my front accessory drive bolts were loose - they were not I torqued to spec. They proceeded to hit all the bolts with an impact, breaking my AC compressor bolt which the belt pulled the AC line towards my header. Cost $1,300 to take to another shop to get fixed. Crank seal was replaced with incorrect crank seal for the Innovators West Balancer. Which then leaked oil under boost / left a puddle of oil under the car when turned off. Do not take your performance car here. I have other friends in the car industry that have been screwed over by these guys.

They didn't have time to extend my existing appointment, so they worked with me to get me in the same day for the second-tier (3-4 hours) clean. Joel was so kind and accommodating. Very understanding, even when I was embarrassed by the sticky, layered mess that was my vehicle. I was able to see them cleaning it. They took everything out from my secret storage areas and cleaned. They got up on a ladder and hand-washed the top of my vehicle. I've added some pics. The before involved grease stains and spilled soda and who knows what other grossness. When I went out and saw it for the first time, I almost cried! I can't physically do it myself, so I was blown away by how amazing it looked. They got stains out i never thought would be clean. I felt like I would soil its pristine perfection by sitting in my own car. lol Cannot recommend enough! ps - they have a doggo in the office, who is a sweetie! We were able to find a good, reliable vehicle and a *very fair price*. The buying process was rather easy and straightforward. The owner was excellent with communication up to and throughout the process. After that it fell apart a little, but he did redeem himself in the end. After the purchase was complete the dealership was to process the tax, title, registration with DMV, as that was that the 'dealer processing fee' is for. When we drove away on the day of purchase, we drove away with temporary registartion and temporary plates. The dealer would pricess for us and we were to receive it all in the mail from DMV within 30 day. Thirty days past and we received nothing. After numerous attempts through email and phone over the span of several months we had no response from the owner or the dealership. We contacted DMV to inquiry if the dealer had submitted all the necessary paperwork for tax, tittle, registration. DMV had no record of the sale/purchase of the vehicle, title submission, or registration. I prepared myself, prepared my mind for a challenge. I was finally able to make contact with the dealer and confirmed when the owner would be there. I returned to the dealer, prepared for conflict. Thankfully, I was pleasantly surprised. The owner provided a believable explanation as to why the paperwork had not been submitted to DMV and he offered to do it but I declined as I still held some skepticism. Instead the owner refunded what I had paid him for tax, title, registration, and even a little extra for my 'gas' since I had to return to him to work this out. The next day I went to DMV and took care of everything. It all worked out. Overall it was a good experience. Would I buy a vehicle again from the, yes. If I buy again I will decline his 'dealer process fee', tax, title, registration and I will take car of it myself.

I was involved in a car accident that left the car with rear bumper damage. I took my car here…read morebecause I was referred by a local dealerships that I had done business with in the past. The people at the dealership have great customer service so I trusted their referral without question. I took my car here and met with Jim. Nice guy overall. After talking with him about what I was there for my car bumper. I mentioned to him my windshield had some over spray on it. I explained to him how I was told to remove it. He went out and took a look at it and said if time permitted he'd see what he could do. Fast forward to Saturday when I pick up my vehicle. My car was inside the garage with the door closed. As I walked into the shop there was an awkward vibe. Two guys standing around watching Jim dry off my car. Jim said they were washing it inside because it was cold out. It was. I dismissed the awkwardness. Jim began to tell me about the overspary that was all over the car, which I already knew. He showed me a clay bar that he said he went over the car and window with. He said he went over the windshield with a razor and the clay bar and had removed the overspary. I was glad because it was really a dangerous problem. He said the car would have to be buffed to remove the overspray. That was not my concern. As long as the bumper was good and he removed the overspary off the windshield I was happy. The bumper looked great. I was given the keys to the car, they opened the door to the garage. I drove out into the sun and was shocked there were scratches all over the windshield. At first I thought it was lint from the rag he was using to dry the car, so I drove off. I put some wiped fluid on it and the scratches remained. I couldn't believe it. My first thought was to go back and RAM my car into the front of the business for two reasons. One because I talked with Jim about some issues with the car that had nothing to do with the accident. I simply wanted to make things right inspite of those issues. Two because I have a rage problem that I am currently working on. It only comes out with lies and disrespect. I didn't call to explain to Jim the damage he caused or the fact that the overspary was still there because it would have fueled the anger. In the end it's my fault for asking someone for advice and accepting help that was offered by someone that wasn't experienced in that particular line of work. I'm sure he meant well, however to have me come get the car and not mention anything about the scratched up windshield pissed me off. Because I am shifting my thoughts in a new direction I just took it on the chin. I gave it to god and asked for the strength to get past it. The process of surrender is tough, but I know in the end its for the better. So Jim this is simply to let you know I noticed everything, but chose to let it go. God will handle the rest. The three stars is for the bumper.
