I entered the room and it was very neat and clean however, I noticed a paper towel covering the headrest, which is not typical for a higher end spa. I was left to undress and get onto the table. My massage therapist began working with little to no communication only asking once if I wanted more pressure. This was NOT your typical Swedish massage. There was a lot of basic motion and a couple of times the therapist straddled herself over my backside on the table - I'm guessing for leverage?? Quite frankly, I feel as if I wasted my money - I could've gone down the street to a different establishment for the same level of massage and saved $100. This is the total opposite experience and the quality of the massage did not match the rate compared to the first time I was here. I kept hoping it would get better but it did not. When I rolled over toward the end of the massage I saw that the door to my room was ajar the entire time I was in there and I could see out into the hallway so I know people could see me as they walked past.
