They had my truck fixed in a few days, when originally they said 2-3 weeks. They constantly kept me updated. I just picked it up and it looks perfect. I had rental car coverage for 30 days and my 30 days was up in 4 days when Martin's kicked into "high gear" to get my car done. I took myself to Martin's and told Julie that I was very skeptical that my car could be completed to my satisfaction by week's end. Long story short it was ready and met my persnickety standards. I am back in love with my car again!! One note which is normal (un-known to me) is that after a car is painted some minor "swirls" can "pop-up" after the paint cures. This happened to my car. After VERY careful inspection I notice 3 (half-dollar size) areas. The car was quickly buffed up (while I waited) and now I have a perfect car! I can only help other reviewers by telling them if they need anything done in Brunswick County they should go to Martin's; they are foolish if they go elsewhere. I recently took my car in to have the radiator and battery replaced. The cost was thirteen hundred dollars. A few days later I opened the hood to investigate a vibrating noise and found that all the supports to the grill had been left loose. The hard rubber supports appeared to have been cut. It will cost several hundred dollars to have the damage repaired. I took my car back and showed the owner and he said it was that way when I brought it in. He also said it was made that way and the grill was supposed to be loose. I was surprised at his reaction. I did not expect it from him. I almost considered him a friend' I will certainly take my car somewhere else in the future and will advise all my friends to do the same
