From the start when I walked into the door Jonathan was rude, did not great me with a Hello and I had to stand there a couple minutes before he if got out of his chair. When I got the estimate of over $6,000 worth of damages with over $2,000 of that being in labor. for a little damage to my fender. Because they did a super high estimate the insurance company totaled my car. When I got the pictures from the insurance company I found out that they marked up my whole car that had nothing to do with the damage area, took photos of the inside of my whole car that had nothing to do with the damage area, and even tired to get into my trunk area. Did I tell them the truck will not open NO, but I shouldn't have to do as the damage was not even close to the trunk. After talking with the insurance company to get my car back they told me it would be ready on Thursday afternoon, I called them to check and see if they had a time frame it would be ready and Jonathan told me with an attitude that they had to put it back together and clean it up (meaning get the marks off the whole car they put on it). I asked him about the trunk that he tried to get into and told him to make sure that the trunk adjar light is not on so it does not drain and kill my battery. He with a very poor attitude told me it would basically be my issue as I am retaining the car as is (Meaning the same way I dropped it off) Well when I dropped it off the trunk light was not on). Then they waited till Friday morning to call me to let me know my car was ready. When I got there to pick my car up some guy sitting at the counter and also had a major attitude problem told me I had to sign a paper and he put it in front of me. I had to ask him what I was signing and he told me it was hold harmless paper, when I refused to sign it till I got the keys to make sure the trunk light was on he refused to give me the key to my car. Then after signing the paper he asked me to sign another paper and I had to ask him what I was signing again. THEY ARE ONLY IN THE BUSINESS TO WORK WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANYS TO TOTAL YOUR OUT AND MARK ALL OVER CAR SHOWING EACH SCRATCH OR DENT THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE DAMAGE AREA. THEY ALSO TAKE YOUR CAR APART AND ADD STUFF TO THE ESTMATE THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE DAMAGE AREA. THEY ARE 100% A SCAM AND IF YOU ARE SMART DON'T USE THEM. IF I HAD ALL 60 PLUS PICTURES THEY TOOK DOWNLOADED I WOULD ADD THEM TO SHOW HOW MUCH OF A SCAM THEY ARE.

I had rental car coverage for 30 days and my 30 days was up in 4 days when Martin's kicked into "high gear" to get my car done. I am back in love with my car again!! One note which is normal (un-known to me) is that after a car is painted some minor "swirls" can "pop-up" after the paint cures. This happened to my car. After VERY careful inspection I notice 3 (half-dollar size) areas. The car was quickly buffed up (while I waited) and now I have a perfect car! I recently took my car in to have the radiator and battery replaced. The cost was thirteen hundred dollars. A few days later I opened the hood to investigate a vibrating noise and found that all the supports to the grill had been left loose. The hard rubber supports appeared to have been cut. It will cost several hundred dollars to have the damage repaired. I took my car back and showed the owner and he said it was that way when I brought it in. He also said it was made that way and the grill was supposed to be loose. I was surprised at his reaction. I did not expect it from him. I almost considered him a friend' I will certainly take my car somewhere else in the future and will advise all my friends to do the same
