DO NOT GO HERE -- Read Before You Bring Your Car In! I've tried to give this dealership's service department the benefit of the doubt multiple times -- both for my personal car and through my company's fleet -- and every time, it's been a disaster. I brought in a recently purchased car for a recall and diagnostic. Appointment was for 7AM -- no follow-up until the next day. They sent a generic inspection video, but the advisor had no idea what parts were needed and told me my whole front end was loose. He told me to take it to a body shop. So I took it to Gerber Collision -- they said the only issue was a single loose bolt on the radiator support. That's it. Even they were shocked that Ford didn't just tighten it on the spot. To make matters worse, my entire driver's side was covered in grease -- handprints, footprints -- a total mess. They said they'd "detail it." Yeah, right. I spoke to Dustin (service manager) who apologized, acknowledged other customers had the same issues, and promised they were "restructuring." He asked for another chance. I agreed. Brought my car back. New advisor, better start... then it went downhill again. Two more weeks passed with barely any updates. The tech (who was actually great) told me the axle boot was torn and they'd give me a deal to fix it. I got a competing quote from Egan Auto (they're fantastic, btw) and sent it to the advisor. They finally responded a day later, agreed to match it -- but ignored my follow-up questions entirely. Left voicemails, texts, no response. Finally called Dustin again. This time? He blew me off and said he'd "use it as a training tool." That's it. They had my car two weeks and wasted my time, again. Bottom line: * Terrible communication * Unorganized * Sloppy, careless techs (grease everywhere) * Zero follow-through * Management doesn't care Take your car to Egan Auto instead. Before I go off on my tangent, l'll give you all some back story. - I am I am a single mother to four remarkable children. I do my best to survive, working 40 hours plus in order to provide for my children and myself. I was recently divorced "2023" before that I had never purchased a car on my own, my husband had always help with negotiating appropriate prices. That being said in 2024 I was involved in a pile up that totaled my car, luckily I had almost paid it off so I received a significant amount from my insurance company. Procrastinating for about two weeks due to not wanting to deal with this particular responsibility, I finally came across performance Ford in bountiful. Long story longer I ended up purchasing a 2020 Range Rover, at the time it had just a little over 47,000 miles, and was a luxury model with all the bells and whistles. The vehicle was listed at $43,687.00 I also put a $3,500.00 deposit down. They added in all their little in-house insurance programs that raised my prices significantly as well as gap insurance, "which I think is always a smart, when purchasing a used vehicle" all doneI ended up financing a total of $56,469.10, for anyone who doesn't feel like doing math right now that's an additional cost of $12,782.01. I was completely naïve in thinking that performance Ford was looking out for me and assisting me in a great financial vehicle deal. Payments were insanely high like $820.00 a month high, obviously I was drowning financially because of this "great deal" thinking I had no other options I contacted performance Ford about getting out of this vehicle I was having such a difficult time keeping up with the and gas and insurance. Performance Ford assured me they could help and two come on down, they'll take care of me. So that's what I did naïvely, trusting in humanity, and performance Ford to help me out. Not even help just be genuinely good to another person. January 11, 2025 I head down to performance Ford the salesman I worked with suggests I get a 2019 Tesla because my insurance would be so much cheaper, I wouldn't need to spend money on gas and they could also add my negative equity from the Range Rover into my current loan, while lowering my monthly payments. " I'm thinking to myself, man I'm so unbelievably grateful that I am and and that they were able to save me during my little financial crisis, I had must had misjudged them" I signed their contract, smiling ear to ear within myself, while also praising myself for accomplished this huge stress and financial burden. Driving home I couldn't wait to get home not only to show off the vehicle to my children but also to charge it and get familiar with such a foreign vehicle. surprise when I arrived home and went to plug In the car there was no charging cable in the car. I wasn't too worried about it I figured they had been charging it at the dealership and forgot to put it back in the trunk, and thought I'll just go to the supercharging station tonight and charge the car so that I'll be able to take my kids to school and then drive to the dealership to get the cable. I called performance Ford the next morning, letting them know my intentions to meet with them to go over missing items for the vehicle. They said absolutely be here at such and such time. When I arrived no one would assist me, I left after waiting in their parking lot for over 1hr 1/2. When home I called performance Ford to let them know I would need them to provide me with a charging cable. Performance Ford staff were not only incredibly rude, but they were acting as if I was putting them out. they informed me they would contact the previous owner and then follow up with me, three days passed I still hadn't heard from them so I called again. This time I had requested to speak with the manager while on hold, I mentally got into quote n quote "my suppressed inner Karen" mode" the manager, proceeded to tell me that they could not locate the cable and that they would not be purchasing me one. I then was extremely frustrated as I'm sure you could imagine and acted in my not best self. The manager did reluctantly agree to order me a new cord which intern I waited another 2 days for at this point I've had the vehicle for over a week using the supercharging station multiple times a day. Inquiring fees over $190.00 in charging my, I also found out my insurance would actually be an additional $120.00 for my policy because of the vehicle being aTesla, at this point I was feeling pretty defeated but then I had remembered that when I traded my Range Rover performance Ford owed $860.00 for the previous gap insurance I purchased. Today March 5, 2025, I have called performance Ford, I've texted my salesman and reached out to the finance manager all I that I've received our roundabout messages that are very placating and putting off. My sweet daughter went to look at a car last night. She was stuck in a car with a "salesman" named Royce who felt it his duty to keep her in a car, lecture her about her finances AFTER she continually told him she was not interested in the car, then TOLD her to stay in the car while he spoke to his boss because she could not do any better. My daughter then left, drove down the street to another dealership where Royce then followed here, took a picture of her car and license plate and proceeded to send her a threatening text thanking her for "wasting his time!" My daughter was terrified and upset to say the least. The police were called, report filed, and charges pending. The police assured my daughter that this is the definition of stalking and harassment. Terrible person. I would suggest that if this is what we are aware of what is this person doing that we don't. Please don't go to this dealership! read more

I'll start at the beginning... When I bought my car, they charged me an extra $500 for a clear coat protector that they hadn't mentioned until I went to sign the paperwork. They reassured me that it was the best at protecting the paint and had a warranty, so if I ever had issues with it, I could get it redone. When I had issues with it and went back into the dealership, they told me that my warranty I purchased was only on the motor itself and didn't cover the clear coat, so there is lie #1. Fast forward to 2 years of owning the car, and my motor starts having issues. I take it into the dealership and they tell me that I need new spark plugs for $1100 (absurd!) I told them that doesn't explain my coolant leaking into the engine and producing white exhaust that smells like antifreeze. They told me there were no leaks, it passed the pressure test, and that there was a misfire code in the cylinder, indicating it needed to spark plugs. They refused to acknowledge the fact that my exhaust smelled like coolant and the reservoir was empty, and that there could be a possible cracked head gasket. I had my car towed to a different dealership, and what do you know?? No misfire codes (so there's lie #2) AND it actually was the engine having issues, therefore covered by my warranty. Had I trusted Performance Ford Bountiful's service shop, I would've spent $1100 on spark plugs (not covered by my warranty and almost double the price of what other shops charge to replace spark plugs, and also lie #3) but instead, I paid them the $190 to diagnose it incorrectly, only to have the problem be exactly what I was telling them it was in the first place. read more

**PREDATORY MAINTENANCE** I scheduled an appointment online for an oil change for $48 and received a 12% coupon (see screenshots). When I arrived for my appointment, Dustin Danner asked if I also wanted a tire rotation and alignment, stating I need both every 6 months. I declined the alignment. Two hours later, they state my car is ready and I can check out. Dustin tells me, "We couldn't get your tires off, but I got you an even better deal, it'll be $69"! He then shows me a receipt charging me for an oil change, tire rotation (which they didn't do), and multi-point inspection (listed on their site for my car $59). I tell him that is outrageous and far more than what they told me online. He argues with me and stating my 2006 Mustang conventional oil "EASILY costs $100 because there's lots of oil in such a big engine". I've never paid more than $50 at Ray's down the street. Dustin then just pushes the receipt at me, saying "How about I just give it to you?" and charges me nothing for the appointment. I receive my keys and return to my car, where the oil sticker on my windshield has not been changed. When I get home, I check my oil and my oil cap is still dirty and my oil is not even full. Which leads me to believe not only did they try to rip me off, they didn't even complete the services he tried to charge me for. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. read more

After the purchase, we found out this was not the case and it was actually a used vehicle that did not come with a full warranty. Due to this, the value of the vehicle is about $15,000 less than the price we paid! The salesperson as well as several of the managers all lied about the condition and warranty of the vehicle (even in writing!) just to make the sale. After the fact, they admitted to the lies but won't make it right. We've since discovered they have run this scam on others as well. Worst car buying experience! Found a car online called and got a salesman. The salesman would only talk to my husband not me. I then called the next day and got another salesman. They quoted me a price $2k more than what was listed on the price. Finally got price negotiated but had to have exact numbers as I would be flying in to get vehicle. After hours finally got the go ahead. Arrived next day, got keys to look at car but it was snowy so couldn't see the whole thing. I never got offered to test drive car. We had agreed that we could docusign because my husband would not be with me. The finance guy was so mad about this, as they don't do docusign. They made me sign my husbands signature. Finished the process, not one person said thank you, no one shook my hand, no one went over the car with me. The most bizarre car buying experience of my life. Now we are almost 40 days out and my courthouse still does not have the paperwork and I have not received anything from finance company. Called multiple times and emailed, finally got a hold of the finance person and nothing has been sent because he said he didn't have a copy of our drivers license even though they need those when they pull our credit? I had my vehicle serviced there and issue is still being worked on. when I requested the loaner and time frame of repair, he was condescending, rude and dis respectful. He claimed that I don't qualify for loaner because I didn't purchase the vehicle from them even though they're getting full payment of their service/repair. I have had my range rover repaired from downtown dealership and got loaner even though I didn't purchase it from them. instead of helping and guiding about the issue and time frame he said the vehicle is purchased from somewhere else and there could be a lot of wrong things even after having the vehicle for about two weeks. All I got was if you don't purchase from them don't get it serviced there. If that's how they treat I won't recommend buying from them as well read more

I would give them less than 1 star if possible. Performance Ford and Ford Motor Company are criminals. My father bought a Focus in 2013, brand new, from Performance Fore Bountiful. He brought it back to them with only 8000 miles complaining of a transmission shutter in 2014. PF replaced the clutch assembly under warranty. The exact same thing with the exact same repair happened in 2017 and 2019 with 21k miles and 40k miles. Unfortunately my poor father was diagnosed with colon cancer in 2018 and passed away last year in 2023. Performance Ford placated him long enough to get him out of his 50k powertrain warranty. Telling him they fixed it. My father did tell me it was "fixed" one time under warranty one time. When in fact Ford knew it could never be. Just google the Ford Powershift transmission. Look at the class action lawsuits. Look at the US Department of Justice investigation. Note where the above investigations found the powershift can NEVER be fixed as it is a dual DRY clutch. Ford knew all this in PRODUCTION and released it anyway. Against advisement from the engineers. After Ford settled the class action and multiple other law suits, Ford released it AGAIN for Focus and Fiesta in 2017-2019. People have died due to the transmission shifting itself into neutral at 75 MPH. I unfortunately inherited the Focus with only 53k miles. I thought it was "fixed." The transmission is going out again according to an independent mechanic. Performance Ford said it was fine when I later took it in for the 14M02 recall which is only a litigation avoidance tactic that Ford call the customer satisfaction program-extended warranty on the TCM. PF declined to fix it it under the litigation avoidance warranty. I sold the Honda I owned because it had 150k miles when I got the POS focus. Honda probably would have lasted longer. Performance says call Ford. Ford says call dealer. I instead called the Attorney General. Hoping to get an investigation against either. Gephardt is next. Never buy a Ford from Performance. I agreed on a lease deal with Ed the manager for $499 a month, signed it, made my first payment, and now my lease is almost $30 more. I've called Robert in finance who inked the deal 8 times over the last two weeks and he won't pick up my calls or call me back. Ed the manager has not intervened to make sure I got the deal we agreed on. I do not trust their word, and they do not seem to care to help make the deal right. We have come here for years to get work done by a "certified" ford maintenance shop. Having given them multiple chances here is the final verdict: The Good: - overnight drop - original parts - close to a lot of things The Not So Good: - don't expect service. When you make an appointment you can expect them to get to your car no earlier than 3 days from then, and that is only if your assigned service team is not off three days in a row. - if you try to talk with someone not assigned to your team, you will get ZERO help. They won't even try. Your car is not their problem. - loaners are for warranty customers only and are limited. If no warranty, don't expect them to even try to get you a loaner - expensive - questionable work. Did they fix our battery? Are the parts they use even good? We had the same electrical issue three times in six months. Each time they claimed they couldn't find what the problem was. All they did was keep replacing our battery. We finally bought a battery at an auto parts shop and haven't had any problems. - no emergency service. It does not matter if you rely on the car for your daily life or if you only use it once a year. No priority is given to those who need it. Bottom line: like I said, we used them for almost four years. But after this most recent bad experience we will never be coming back. If they cared about the customer, about doing a timely job of things, it would be different. But they do not so long as they can get your money. We will never use them again. read more

I went in to test drive a car and the salesman, Esaiah, Says his GM, Charles, was not able to make any deals and unable to lower the price. I understand that happens. I had a friend call in and surprisingly they called me back and said the best offer was $600 less. I told them no. Then they posted the car at a new price of $1000 less than the starting price. I had a terrible experience with the service department recently and they have refused to acknowledge. We took our Explorer in for a recall and when it was returned, it was clear that someone had rifled through the arm rest and the glove compartment. We know how it was organized and what was there but when we picked the vehicle back up, there were missing items (nothing of real value) and things that were in the arm rest were on the seat. I contacted the service dept to have them investigate. They assured me they would but never got back with me. I had to request an update and still no follow-up. I then tried to reach the manager of the service department and he did not return my call. I finally tried to reach the general manager who had someone else return my call. I explained the situation and she called me back within an hour saying they had reviewed all of the video surveillance footage and nobody looked though my car. Not sure how they reviewed 24 hours of surveillance in less than an hour! Without actually saying it, she in essence called me a liar by saying they looked and nobody rifled through my car. No apology and no mention of the fact that nobody at Performance Ford took my concern seriously and it took a month to get anyone to call me back. There is no way they reviewed 24 hours of footage in less than an hour and I doubt they even have the footage still after a month. They either didn't review the tapes or they took the word of the Service Dept that the Service Dept didn't do anything wrong. Super disappointing lack of customer service. I waited a month to write this review because I wanted to give them a chance to make it right. They missed that chance. I've only written one review in my entire time on this Earth, and it was to give a brand new Vietnamese restaurant 5 stars for preparing the best pho I've ever had. It was heaven in a bowl, and they had earned the praise. This review, however, will be nothing like that. I took my car into Ford for acceleration issues, as a few days before I was driving up the canyon and suddenly my Escape was no longer responding to any change in pressure on the gas pedal. Pretty scary when you don't know when that'll happen again, so I thought it'd be a good idea to get it checked out as it was still under warranty. As I'm dropping it off, I also note that the air conditioning doesn't seem to be getting as cool as it should be, but it's not a huge issue either way. My main priority was the acceleration, for safety. I brought it in first thing Tuesday morning, and Josh informed me that he'll get it looked at and let me know in a couple of hours, before the end of the workday. It was nearing 4:30pm, so I gave them a call. Nothing. The next day, called a few times, spoke to the nice front desk secretary, she said she'd leave a message for me. Still no update from Josh. Thursday I stop inside to ask for a status update, and Mike lets me know that no one has had time to look at my car in the previous 3 days, but that he'll have Josh look at it first thing in the morning and gives me his word. Now it's Friday. I've been without a car for four days, which made getting to and from work super fun. I also have commitments that I cannot miss over the weekend and will need a vehicle for, so I told them whether or not the issues are fixed, I can no longer be without a car. They refuse to ever offer a rental. I get a call from Mike around 4pm on Friday saying that my car is done. "Done? What did you do to it besides run diagnostics?" I think to myself. But I get dropped off at the dealership, they tell me they couldn't find anything wrong with my car, and then hit me with a bill for almost $400. The diagnostics for the acceleration was $125, which I think is totally reasonable. The other +$200 was for an air conditioning recharge that no one asked for. No one called me, gave me a rundown of work they wanted to do, asked for my permission, or even discussed cost before doing unauthorized work. I did not ask for any of that, and now I have to pay this bill in order to take my car back that day so that I am not without a car for the weekend. When I get back in town on Monday I stop by Ford again to discuss the charges on the invoice. I'm just there to figure out why they did all this work without asking me, and Josh tells me that although his name is on the invoice, he had nothing to do with the work that was done on my car since he was also out of town, then proceeds to talk to me in a way that is far from professional and is getting frustrated because I'm asking for clarification that he cannot provide since he obviously has no idea what he's talking about. Good job, Josh. The next day, I am able to get in contact with Brandon, Josh's supervisor, and after informing him of the situation, he says he'll "look into it." Well, it's been almost an entire week since he started "looking into it", and I still haven't heard anything back. What an unbelievable experience. I just want my mf money back. read more

Went to look around and price out used trucks. Salesman walked up and asked what I was looking for, I told him the years and model of vehicle and what I was looking to spend. He eyed me up and down as if I was riff-raff and asked me what I did for a living. This irked me. Asking a question like that prior to a test drive, or the courtesy of showing me around the lot told me one thing, he was trying to see if I was worth HIS time. I told him what I did and that I am from out of state, and that I am in early stages of shopping, and wanted to browse around and see what sort of inventory they had and what they were asking for the vehicles. If they had the vehicle I was looking for, a sale was not out of the question within a couple weeks. He asked me "have you looked at our website?", which I had not. His reply was "well, we have a lot. I don't really know what you're looking for". As stated above, I specifically told him the year range and model truck I was looking for. A very poor start to a potential business relationship. He told me where to look on the lot, stated he would grab some keys and meet me out there. I walked around the lot for around 20-25 minutes waiting for him. He never showed. During my wait, a younger salesman walked past and politely asked if he could help with anything. I told him I was waiting on another salesman to come meet me. I was mistaken. I cannot speak for that younger gentleman or any other salesman at the dealership. However, being "priced out" and stood up is absolutely unacceptable. I have experience in sales; NEVER would I effectively ask "how much money do you make" in the form of asking one's occupation prior to at least entertaining their request. Never have I been treated this way at a dealership before. Unfortunately, I do not remember this persons name. He is an older gentleman with very short hair. Terrible service experience. Went in they day after a 60k service for $900 for help addressing noise and vibration and ended up spending an additional $600 for a repair that didn't address the issue and wasn't needed. Three days later they need more time to investigate and want to tear down the differential to identify the issue, and more money to explore. They aren't here to help, they are available to collect a payment. Polite, but incompetent service. People deserve better. Full detail: Went in for help addressing noise and vibration drivers side front wheel one day after a 60k service ($900) including: alignment; tire rotation/balance; front/rear differential service. They hypothesized that the wheel hub needed to be replaced ($60). The inspection video details a completed successful repair, but never confirms the hub was actually bad.After completion the original issue remained. I wasn't able to return to the shop but called within 15 min to discuss with the service manager and tech, but no one was available and I was told to call back/come back the next day. They next day they said they would have to dig in to see what the actual issue was, no comment on the unnecessary repair. Three days later, they need to dig deeper and tear down the differential, that they serviced days prior. They offered to credit the hub repair cost to digging in to the differential but are just ringing up the bill at this point. They wont own the unnecessary repair and return my money. Brought in my 8 month old ford vehicle for a recall issue that should take an hour to complete. In addition I was hoping to have an engine noise issue investigated. The gentleman at service counter (who smelled like an ashtray) told me I could leave it for "several days" and they "should" be able to get to it during that period! I asked if I could schedule service and he said "it doesn't work that way- you leave your vehicle and we get to it when we get to it". I was like ok and took my business to the other Ford dealer in Salt Lake that allowed me to book an apt and completed my recall work in several hours. These guys are an embarrassment. read more

Have your wallet secure when you walk in here for service and expect to get your car back, sometime. First experience here was for some warranty work. Called to schedule an appointment and was told no need just bring it in. I bring it in and they say they will need it for a week or two and they will get to it when they can. I don't understand why you don't slot it with a technician on a certain day. When I brought it in they also tried to upsell me on some manufacture service and an alignment. Well I had driven over their machine and it said my wheels were fine. I asked why I would need that if their machine says I'm fine. The response was, in effect, well that machine isn't very accurate and we recommend an alignment every 10,000 miles. When I picked up the car, the issue still happens intermittently and they didn't fix the other issue. I brought it in recently for an oil change and they told me that it was due for the "manufacture recommended 30k mile service". I'm at a ford dealership and, wanting to service my car correctly for the purposes of warranty I said ok let's get it done. They quoted over $1000(I think it was about $1600). After I left I didn't feel comfortable that a car needed that much service. I cracked open the Owners Manual from the manufacturer. Weird, it didn't have a 30k mile service. I then called two other Ford Dealerships, asked about a 30k mile services they said only an oil change and air filter. I then called back and told them to stop service and only do the oil change. When I picked up the car, I asked again what is this 30k mile service. I was told it's the manufacturer recommended service. I pressed if it was a Ford recommended service. The service person said no, it's a B&G Service. B&G manufacturers fluid. To represent it as "manufacturer recommended services" while standing under a Ford Sign at a Ford Dealership is just dishonest when it's not recommended by Ford. My recommendation to you, make sure you look up what all the service intervals are for your vehicle because you can't trust these people to tell you what Ford actually recommends. read more

I never do a yelp review on price, however, when car shopping for a certified preowned ford, there is nothing else to be concerned with other than the price. I'm sorry I drove the 25 miles to this dealership.Not too anxious to sell a car to a customer that was ready to buy, performance Ford Lincoln discounted the certified preowned vehicle that I came to buy by only 1.7%. After playing a few waiting games and making me sit around in their lobby as they "figure out a price" Performance never improved their minimal discount. Additionally, the price quote also had some interesting fees associated with the purchase. The first was a government fee of $268.50 and The other was called accessories fee of $398. Makes me wonder, what is that all about? Additional dealer profit? The best part about my shopping experience at performance Ford Lincoln was that after I walked out, I was better educated and purchased the exact same year, make and model vehicle with 33% lower miles from a different Ford dealership where they discounted the vehicle 8% below what performance ford Lincoln wanted to sell me the vehicle for. Also, at the other dealership they were willing to waive the other fees so in the end there were no extra fees tacked onto the sales price with the exception of the typical processing/doc fees of less than $300. With so much competition from the Internet combined with pricing resources, you would think a brick and mortar place like Performance would sharpen their pencils to more aggressively deal with local shoppers. read more

Our experience at Performance Ford was fine in the beginning. We were greeted and talked about what kind of car we wanted and took it for a test drive. We agreed upon a price and when that was accepted we were handed a tablet and told we needed to complete a credit application even though we were paying cash. It took three tries to complete this application because the tablet didn't function properly. The salesman had left to sell another car and we had to hunt down help on our own. He did show up at the end of the third time through the application and told us, finally, that we didn't need to complete the part about the car. When we were done with everything and getting into the car to leave we asked about a second key. The salesman told us that there was only one but that he would get us a discount on the key if we called ahead and gave him a 5 star review, which we did. When I called to talk to him about the key he didn't know what I was talking about or even who I was. He said he was busy and would call back. When he did call back he finally seemed to agree that he promised the discount and told me what he would do and what I needed to do, which was much more complicated than what he was saying at the time of the sale. When I finally got the key the price I paid sure looked like the full price to me. Long and short of it is that we will not go back to buy a car at this dealership. read more

Traded in a paid off car for another. The deal was to get $5k cash back on top of the trade as we got a cheaper car. They told us the check would be ready to pick up within 10 days. Texted, called, they said they would have someone call back multiple days and no one. Finally got in touch with Dave and he said he would make it a priority 5 days later when Dave said he would have it done by he's nowhere to be found and a different Dave said they did their part. Basically they got what they wanted, told us what we wanted to hear, said they were gonna do this and that and didn't do it. On top of everything the car we traded in for had the check engine light come on the very next day. We wouldn't even have done the deal if we knew it was going to come with horrible customer service and our check wasn't going to be ready when they said. Save your time. Go elsewhere. read more

After searching google, this dealership had the vehicle we were interested in. Going onto their website a huge blue banner stated: "O% & 90 days no payments!" We thought "perfect" no car payments til after Christmas! Upon arrival, they informed us the vehicle was (first) sold and then (second) it was on another lot. However, they had a similar vehicle (a few thousand dollars more) on their lot! We test drove it, got back to the dealership and after sitting around with the salesman running back and forth was given 2 financing scenarios! When asked about the "90 days no payments', we were told they didn't offer that! We explained that it was on their website and then they argued it wasn't. When they were shown it was, the salesman stated "my manager says there's a disclaimer on the bottom of the website". Like seriously! And, just to update....in the time I have been writing this review, the dealership removed the "0% & 90 days no payments" to "Welcome to Performance Ford Bountiful". (eye roll) At least the dealership isn't false advertising any further! ** Mind you, we weren't in any great need to buy a new vehicle nor could we not afford to make the payments.... just thought it would be nice to not have 3 months of payments during the Holidays. Poor Poor Business Performance Ford Bountiful. I wouldn't refer anyone to purchase a car from you if my life depended on it. I don't support dishonest practice of any business and again... this was blatant! And further..... have your employees wear a mask! I purchased a 2017 BMW crossover from Performance Ford in August. It was late in the afternoon, and I needed to buy a car before they closed and I could go home to Idaho Falls Idaho. When I got home the next morning I realized they had sold me a car with a cracked windshield. They also told me that I had new tires and have been balanced and checked out. The car beers to the right when I drive it, it shakes periodically, and it's not showing that it needs to be serviced. Evidently, they had not serviced it and Check the balance of the tires. I have called them many times about the windshield, and talk to them a few times, but they will not call me back to get the windshield fixed. I am very disappointed in their follow up service and promises. read more

Purchased a 2016 vehicle that I loved only to discover after several days that it had a potentially dangerous flaw that the dealership had concealed by keeping the car on minimum fuel during my test drives, thus hiding the check engine light that would have alerted potential buyers. I am now staring at a +$900 service bill for replacing the fuel pump on my vehicle to remedy the problem, and return my peace of mind regarding the safety of the car. What should have been an exciting time buying a great new car has left me with bitter feelings toward the dealership and the humanity in general. I would not recommend anyone shop there. read more
