This place is AWFUL! They call to ask for your insurance despite having given it to them several times already. Ordering supplies is a nightmare, the last time I tried it took them a month and 3 separate re-orders to get them to me. Stay as far away as you can and buy supplies elsewhere. read more

My experience with Performance Home Medical has been Poor. I got a single nose pillow for my CPAP on Aug 21 during an equipment exchange, and I have had no choice to use the same one with no replacements. Finally got tracking to receive supplies on December 2!!!!!! without doing too much math, you can expect the equipment feels disgusting about now. I've called several times and voiced my concerns several times. I have insurance and set up on autopay, payment for supplies is not an issue. It would be wise for everyone to request information on what is getting billed vs what is supplied. I am not asking for anything free or more than what I need, I want supplies on time and expect to pay accordingly for my supplies. My expectations for Performance Home Medical is they supply my medical needs, and they failed at that. I would be extremely surprised if I get my supplies on December 2. read more

I am giving Performance Home Medical one star, as they don't have a zero star option. I have been getting CPaP supplier from various suppliers for almost 20 years. These people as the worst! It takes them months to even confirm your insurance, and then additional months to get an order shipped. I have called repeatedly, talked to managers, and nothing helps. Lots of promises, but no delivery. They are the worst. Any place else has to be better. read more

The Everett location is ok, but in general performance home medical is a disgrace. You call even when they just open they never answer the phone. They force you to wait in line to get a call back. Then it may take a day to call back. I'm talking specifically about the oxygen department. When you do talk to someone you get the runaround. I've been trying to get at home oxygen for 2 days for my mom who has lung cancer. They say wait for a call, from the delivery, then no one calls. Then they say we'll call tomorrow. Then you call tomorrow and again go to an automated voicemail where they call you back. No one knows what's going on, it's ridiculous! Go someplace else. Your loved one could die before you hear back. Honestly I don't think they care anyway. read more

If I could leave a 0 I would. I'm beyond frustrated with performance home medical. It's nothing but hassle and frustration to deal with. #1 I was getting an insane amount calls(automated) saying I wasn't in compliance, keep in mind I only had the cpap for like 5 days, and I was going to be paying out of pocket because my insurance would deny the coverage. I was working with performance home med to get a different mask that I would be able to use and I had already gotten an appointment set up but the phone calls continued throughout the day. When I called the office they had no idea what was happening with the calls but did admit that they utilize automated calling. Calls continued. I returned all equipment after about a week and a half. #2 when said equipment was turned in they say I could not get my card taken off file until equipment was checked however assured me numerous time my card would be removed. #3 phone calls continued even after equipment turned in and notifying in person and on phone I am no longer using their services. #4 without so much as an email or phone call or letter, months later I receive a notice in the mail saying I'm going to be auto billed for almost $400 dollars. This leads me to believe nobody knows what's going on within this company and that they truly do not care about the people they are here to help. Only about how much many they can collect. With this I say if you have a choice to go through a different company I would strongly recommend it otherwise be prepared for all kinds of misinformation and spontaneous charges . read more

Absolute trash business. I would give zero stars if I could. They sell defective products, won't call you back, and still attempts to continue collecting money from you. I called and asked why they were continuing to charge me for an item that had been recalled. The lady did not have a good answer and told me she would get some information and call me back right away. Shocker! They never called. But I'm still getting bills in the mail. This is people's health and there could be serious consequences for continuing to use these defective devices. This company does not care about its patients and is not a business that should be trusted with any kind of medical care. read more

I am already fully transferred over to RoTech and the machine has been transferred, an account set up and my machine is working with the bluetooth date capability functioning,. It took about 24 hours for RoTech to do what your company could not accomplish in about five weeks. Yes, definitely there was a lot of miscommunication. The plethora of problems I encountered were pervasive and deep in more than one department. After I posted my review I was able to see many more reviews--almost all one in five stars. The billing issue reviews are quite concerning and I hope my one transaction with your company goes smoothly. Since I spent the last ten years of my working as an educational and business consultant, I'd like to offer you a comment I hope you consider because I would like to see your company succeed with better results for all concerned. Perhaps the marketing representative who goes to the medical offices and is able to answer those staffs' questions, could spend a day or two a week teaching your call center staff--and maybe even your techs-- enough about the machines, their functions and how to process them as a company selling and servicing those machines, so that your clients -- those medical offices' patients -- have a better experience. There is no way I can give anything other than 5stars. The staff at the Everett office has gone out of their way to be helpful and make sure I had all the equipment I need. Nicole gave clear and concise instructions on usage and made sure I was comfortable with the use of the machine before I left. When I needed to get some additional help I was able to get an appointment right away. I had initially planned on going to a different company but could not get them to respond after repeated phone calls. That wasn't the case with Performance. When they received the referral from my MD they called me within a day. Great office and company. Thank you for such great service. read more

I used a sleep machine for 30 days and never got a goodnight sleep.

The Hospital in Monroe set me up with this company, when discharged recently, for oxygen. I have Covid pneumonia and need to be on oxygen for 24/7. When the tech person came to my home to deliver the concentrator, he tried to leave me without a portable unit. I was in tears, as I can't function without the portable and they promised to get me one before being discharged from hospital. Finally the worker "find" one in his van and he gave me this, insisting, the battery will last at least 3 hours.The battery in the portable drains very fast. When tested, it took less than two hours when the battery went dead. Also, the concentrator I believe wasn't cleaned properly. When pumping oxygen into my nose, I smell mold. I am very nervous about mold, not sure what's going on. Trying to reach this people is useless, you are on hold for hours just to be transferred to someone, who can't really answer your question. I never dealt with a company like this, where people's lives are put into jeopardy due to their faulty equipment or just trying to reach someone. read more
