I have a difficult time understanding some of the more negative reviews, as my experience with the entire staff was nothing short of excellent!! Was greeted with smiles and offers to help. I was in a bit of a time crunch and had to have my purchase completed that morning, which was done with alacrity and professionalism. We are nearing retirement and while it's hard to admit, we're just not quite as quick or as sharp as we used to be. I went to the service department yesterday to drop off my car for its 10,000 mile checkup. I was taken care of from the time I got there to the time I left. They had little work stations that allowed me to get work done while my car was being taken care of. Even the service manager Justin Lyman stopped in to say hi.
