When we decided to pull the trigger on the first vehicle (2021 RX 450h), we gave this location an opportunity to win our business. We worked directly with Brent Smart and Kelly Bruner. They are the current managers, and ensured our experience was above par from the moment they met us. They took the time to ensure they knew our needs, and helped every step of the way. I'd revisit them over and over again, if I was in the market! Way to go, Brent and Kelly! The other call out was with Kevin Hitchcock, the Finance Manager. It was during the waiting time (we already agreed on an amount before that) , they send me message like they need my approval to move on the service. I did, and that more than doubled my service price. And they take payment at the end to surprise you. This place seemed to have good selection, and the price seemed reasonable. The dealer also worked with our lender, which makes the process of obtaining the loan and getting the car a smooth process. We both our daughter a Nissan Rouge 2012 with a mileage of 66,00. We paid $8300 with a one year warranty. I think that's a good deal since the other places that we've been to does not even offer any warranty. I highly recommend this place and to patronize our local businesses.

The truck I came in for was in need of tires, and I wasn't sure if that was something I would have to pay for on top of the listing price, or if it could be negotiated, etc. The first thing Bob told me (before I even brought it up) was that he won't sell a car with bad brakes or tires. He had the tires replaced with a quality set, even had a second key made, and the truck was spotless when I finally picked it up.
