If I could give zero stars, I would. I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership that was represented to me as having a "clean title" and being in good condition. Within two days of purchase, the vehicle began making unusual noises. Due to safety concerns, I had it inspected by three independent mechanics. All three informed me that the vehicle appeared to have previously been involved in a collision and that significant repairs had been made to the entire front end. I was also advised that the windshield had been replaced and that there were additional signs of prior damage. When I contacted the dealership to discuss these findings, a manager told me that when they inspected the vehicle, everything checked out and that they pay their mechanic to identify any problems. However, this statement does not align with what three independent mechanics later found. This was extremely concerning, as it did not match my understanding of the vehicle's condition at the time of sale. I purchased this vehicle in good faith and relied on the representations made to me. Based on the safety concerns raised, I am now uncomfortable driving the car and am very disappointed with this experience. Based on my experience, I strongly encourage future buyers to obtain a thorough independent inspection before completing any purchase. read more

Justin Blythe (service advisor) and the Buckeye Ford service team were wonderful! I live on the east end of Columbus and purchased a new vehicle from Ricart Ford. Something I'll never do again. I was mislead over the purchase and installation of a Ford factory exhaust from my sales representative. Since I purchased the part on my own through Ford they would not perform the install as I didn't not purchase it through them. Given multiple headaches before this and a far from ideal buying experience at Ricart, this was my final attempt in dealing with them. I wound up calling Buckeye Ford and spoke with Justin concerning my situation. He was super helpful and eager to help me out. I drove 45 minutes to London and had them perform the install. I couldn't be happier! The service tech did a great job and finished up in under an hour. This place is awesome! Bought my last 2 trucks from here. First was used 2008 F-150 upper crew cab. Then I bought a bigger travel trailer and need a little more truck. I called my salesman Scott, who is no longer there and told him exactly what I needed, the next day he called me and said my truck on the lot now and I could come up and check it out anytime! WHAT!, Now that's not messing around! I went up and worked out the deal to get my payment where I was comfortable. Needed to put some money down, I told them, we'd have to set it up for the next 9 days, because that's when I would have the money for the down payment. He said ok you can just send us a check and wrote up the deal right there. I was always treated good and felt comfortable in the environment. We went to Buckeye Ford to " kick tires" lol We had made previous purchase 5-6 years ago, got a good deal so when we found ourselves needing a second vehicle, we naturally turned back to Buckeye Ford. So, we had driven through their car lot on Sunday evening ( you know, avoiding high pressure sales people) we found a van we wanted more info on so went back to store and met Seth Myers.
