Lalo ceramic coated my new three-week-old car. I had the front covered in a paint protection film and he had a coating for that also. He took the time (hours) to do a detailed job. I washed it the other day and the water just rolls off. The dealer tried to sell me a coating at a ridiculous price. Lalo had a great price and with a $100 tip was still cheaper than the dealer. $275 Interior Only. Requested a quote from the website, no response. Called and was able to reach him. Monday 8/28 was my appt. He was 1.5 hrs late. Worked for 1hr on a truck that had not been cleaned in over 10 yrs. Let me know he was done and I looked at the work done. I was informed that cleaning the door jams are not part of the interior but he would do it for me. It was not clean. There was a puddle of brown liquid in the cup holders. Dirt and grim under the seats. The interior was soaked. If it was winter it would have molded. Head liner not touched. Gunk in the center console. These were just a few spots I check with the time I had before he left. Upon a closer look the dash was not scrubbed or completely wiped down. Never asked for a key to clean the windows. The windows were filthy where they meet the door. Details were missed like the pedals, under the window switches and inside the door handles. He did not get the gunk out of the center console as I asked. The head liner was not touched. Head rests in the back of the truck were skipped. In between the seats not touched. Walls near the seatbelt not even wiped down. I have included pictures of these areas. I called to let them know some major areas were missed. He was not able to come out again until Saturday 9/2 at 8 am. When he arrived he was clearly in a bad mood and was very short with me and the situation. He wanted me to move my car to the driveway (that he parked his truck in front of) or he was leaving. Acted very unprofessional. Said the F word twice in front of my 12 yr old. Was shouting at me in my street at 8 am on a Saturday morning about the weather, moving the truck, door jams. Everything he could be angry about he was. Made a lot of excuses as to why the job was incomplete. None of which provided a valid reason as to why my car was still a mess. After he left i checked the truck, he sprayed armorall all over my window. I cleaned it up, but wish I took a picture. Worst costumer service experience I have had in a very long time. I really don't know where to start. I found this business because I wanted to get my GF's car detailed because it was filthy and I wanted to do something nice for her. Everyone - especially the mommies - you are worth it. Let me start by saying that I drive a modest 8-year old Nissan that has never had a detailing. I go through the car wash a few times a year and I'll run that little vacuum over the floor, but that is it. My car was disgusting so, in the spirit of "Treat Yo' Self" I went for it. I phoned them and they called me back to make an appointment. They gave me instructions to remove all my personal stuff, including paperwork from the glove box, phone charger, etc. I still can't believe how much stuff I had in my car - 2 wine openers, 3 umbrellas, a mason jar full of mixed nuts (?), a roll of paper towels (because you never know)... I just threw everything into two grocery bags to sort out later. Lalo and his worker came to the parking lot of my work right on time. They were with my car for about 90 minutes total. I am stunned by how GREAT my car looks. It looks like NEW inside. Every bit, every surface. All the upholstered surfaces are freshly shampooed and looking like new. The dash, the center console, the cup holders (which were a disgusting, covered in years of dripping coffee and sodas) are sparkling. Every single bit of trim is polished and shiny. Lalo did fantastic work! Look - I know it was spendy, and it's not like I have a luxury ride or something. But it looks so good, smells so good. I had a really dirty Honda Civic that I hadn't vacuumed in over a year and a half. It is okay to judge me. While at work, I spilled about a gallon of water on the floor on the passenger side of my car. It took forever to dry with all the rain we had been having, and there was a light mildew smell brewing.
