I was pretty excited to use detailing pros, I saw dozens of their posts on Instagram and they seemed reputable and like they did a good job, I was also referred by a tint person who I use locally who mentioned that this detailer was highly recommended and did good work. unfortunately it took me 5x days of back and forth texting between the owner Nick and myself, he ended up being a really poor communicator and ignoring my inquiries for the first 3 days, 5 days total of slow back and forth texting chain, after I got a price and explained what services we were agreeing on, I inquired about what products he used after he offered to explain in detail what he applies to the cars, he ended up getting offended after I asked about ceramic sprays using SIO2 and what brand sealant he uses and started accusing me of not being interested even after I asked when he offered information and to shop around for someone else. Although Nick was extremely rude, I even went as far as calling a couple of times that afternoon for clarification in which case he ended up ignoring all my calls, Wouldn't waste my time with Nick or recommend him to anyone else, he tries to puff his chest out like he's the god of detail products and when someone asks him questions he gets upset. He may be a good detailer but his customer service sucks and he's a poor communicator. In this case where Nick likes to brag that detailers shouldn't have to compete when there's so much work, The only person Nick is competing with is himself. read more

Nick did a fabulous job with my 2013 Mini Cooper. I had gotten paint splashed on the passenger side door, wheels and molding. The dealer said it would cost $6000 to repair because I'd need the door to be painted and the molding replaced. My local car wash suggested detailing to remove the paint at least from the door. I wanted a specialist to do that. I found Detail Pros through Yelp. Nick took all the paint off every surface and restored the car to its original condition. He did it all in a day and for a tenth of the price the dealer quoted. He is very personable and responsive. I couldn't be happier with this result. Just got my 2024 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid spiffed up by Enrique. I want to do everything I can to protect it because ...well.. I paid a s**t of money for a new car! And DAMN! It looks fantastic!! We had about Nick through some professional connections. His price was very fair and did more then a previous quote we had. He washed and clay barred our 32ft rv. Clay bar is huge for getting stubborn grim off to make a smooth surface. After it was thoroughly prepped, they (Nick and another worker) then waxed it. We wanted the wax to protect mostly since this is a new (2018) rv and bugs are hard to wash off after trips, but we were very happy with how much of a shimmer was accomplished. They were professional, timely and even used scaffolding to get all areas. Once done I ran my hand over several surfaces and they were all smooth. Prof to me that a good layer had been applied. I would not give this company a star at all! This is the worst company that I came across with! I made an appointment with Sarah on a Monday for them to come to my house on Friday morning and somehow they decided to re schedule my appointment within an hour! So my appointment got re scheduled for Sunday after they told me they dont open on Sunday but since they had to reschedule my appointment from friday they will do it on Sunday. They gave me a time frame of 9am-12noon! I waited for anyone to show up and none, they didnt even bother calling at all! So I decided to just take my car somewhere else! Nick responded to my quote request and a few questions very quickly and we set up an appointment right away. I just purchased a used black Charger and wanted to have the paint sealed for protection. Nick and his crew were excellent through the entire process. To start, Nick replied to my inquiry quickly and was flexible in setting a time to come evaluate my truck and talk about what specifically I wanted to do. There are so many good points that I would like to call out here. I will list them by importance to my personal preferences: 1. Communication- Nick responded to my first inquiry for pricing right away. He answered the phone when I called the first time. He let me know he was currently working on someones vehicle and would get back to me. I mentioned that I prefer text message. 2 hours later, he sent me a text asking me what I was interested in. We worked out a time for him to come out and look at my wife's car (which had been destroyed by a 3 and 5 year old). 2. Scheduling- Nick did not wait to come out and get me a quote. He came out the same evening of the day that I called. 3. Pricing- Nick gave me a few options to choose from. They varried in service and price. After researching the options that he provided and cross checking those rates to similar services with other companies, I deemed his rates to be in the slightly higher end of things. Also based on my research, his reviews were positive and did outline a better quality of work- which I was willing to pay extra to get. 4. The actual work- Nick showed up on time and ready to get started. He was meticulous! He turned our mess of a car into something beautiful again. Nick also did a bit of extra work as a value add, and did not charge me for the work. This turned out be be a good investment for him as as I will add the extra services onto my next service ;) 5. Return work- I was so happy with the work that Nick did on my wife's car, I inquired about boats.. His response was; "yes I can detail boats and am knowledgeable of the gel coats and understand how to properly detail marine grade materials". I set up a time for him to detail my boat.
