I have been to Davon twice now and have been super impressed both times. They care about your experience as well as your car and they know their stuff. As a female sometimes you get talked down to or ignored when asking you about what's going on with your car, but that was not my experience with Dave and Chris. They listened and didn't try to discount what I was experiencing with my car. They fit me into their schedule as they listened and were concerned about my safety during our upcoming car trip. They were quick to get me on the schedule and handled everything in one trip. They also didn't try to hard sell me, in fact the way that Chris talked I wasn't sure he was even recommending that I do the work. He was just giving me a diagnosis and leaving it in my hands. (I needed new brake pads and rotors as the dealership I had been going to cut corners on my last visit.) I was quoted a fair price and went ahead with the work and my car rides like a dream now. Never again. I've taken my car here for years but that's over. Told them the issue with my car and they called me back with a list of repairs I needed, was assured the repairs would fix my issue. Over $1800 and more than a week later and the issue isn't fixed. Gave me my car back with the check engine light still on! Plus, they initially stated my car would be ready on Friday but wasn't ready until the next Tuesday. Now I get that delays happen with car repairs but they didn't call me about it. I had to call them - TWICE - to get updates. Just an absolutely terrible experience and a real let down from a company I thought I could rely on. read more

my car was hit by a commercial vehicle, and I needed to collect a few estimates for their insurance company. the woman I spoke with from Davon was very friendly, and I was able to drop my car off after business hours and leave a key in the box. She told me Dave would look at it in the morning and call me when the estimate was ready. let me include the fact that I had already gone to a couple shops to get estimates, all hassle-free, and actually free, monetarily. Davon was the only shop that gave me a problem. everywhere else, i walked in, said i needed an estimate, they gave me one and i left. easy as that. The morning after I dropped it off, I got a call from the shop. She got some info from me and said he would call me when he looked at it. Again, she previously said he had time in the morning to do it. After hearing nothing all morning, I called back to check in on it, and she said he hadn't looked at it yet. She put me on the phone with him. When he picked up, I got a really rude and grumbly "yea..?"...ok, not a good way to talk to customers. He insisted on contacting the insurance for me, and handling all that, obviously a tactic to get my business and the insurance money, but I wanted the estimate only and wanted to deal with the insurance company myself. He then refused to do it or said he would have to charge me to look at it, which wasnt the case initially. He only wanted to charge me because he was afraid he wouldnt get my business. Was extremely rude on the phone and I told him not to touch it, and I'd be getting it out of his shop ASAP. I dont recommend anyone going here, super rude service and skuzzy owner who just wants money and probably would have done a crappy job on the repair. read more

Davon Auto is the best! I purchased my first car through David when I was 16. After many years of having this car, I was involved in an accident which totaled my car and left me without transportation. I had my car towed to Davon Auto and planned on purchasing another car through David when I could. David personally reached out to me saying he found a newer model of the same car that got totaled and asked me if I would be interested. David did excellent work on my new car and had it ready for me in an extremely timely manner. I am absolutely in love with my new car and it is all thanks to Davon Auto. They really care about their customers and treat you like family! I can not recommend Davon Auto enough. They do great work and provide great customer service! Will go to David for the rest of my life with ant car trouble I might run into in the future. read more
