The first time we visited we weren't super impressed. They didn't have many items or brands we were interested in. The next time we came back we found a few more things that we normally buy at a much lower price. An employee also showed us the best way to use the app. You can scan everything you're buying, and it will tell you if there is a coupon! Our last visit we saved so much money with this hack! Our toddler also loves their robot that checks the shelves for inventory - Tally. When he comes with us, we have to find him so he can say hello.

Great store to shop for your business, restaurant or for your big family. 2017 This is a great place to stock up for large events and of course if you're a restaurant owner. The prices are great in comparison to the other big box stores. The customer service here is great, I always get the help I need and makes my time in here quickly spent. I like that their website also items that are available in their showroom. We paid to have our couch delivered. Delivery staff notified us of delivery the day prior. You know how the old saying goes if sounds too good to be true it most likely is. My wife and I went to overstock on Saturday the 18th and at checkout we inquired about hauling away our old furniture when they deliver our new and we were told to just discuss it with the drivers and work out an arrangement with them. The manager told us that he had never heard of anyone being turned down. We spoke to the delivery drivers, and they were as frustrated as we were as this has happened 5 or 6 times in the last week and wished the salespeople would quit telling customers this as it just isn't so. The delivery drivers were very professional and just trying to their jobs no complaints. Once we found out that the old furniture was going to be left on our front lawn because they could not take it I refused the shipment. This gets more ridiculous as customer support for LOW is telling me how sorry she is with no resolution. I told her if you are going to apologize for something it should follow with an action to show sincerity of the apology. She followed up by telling me there would be a 10% restocking fee I am assuming that was the nice gesture from LOW. So now I have no new furniture and before the 18th of July I had 1900.00 which now I have 1578.24. There is two things I would like to see happen from this review as well as the complaint I have made with the BBB. First, I would like the remaining balance that LOW stole from me returned secondly, I would like LOW to explain more clearly to their future customers what they are getting into. This would avoid these types of situations. I have been using Green Remedy for the last 8 months and have bought it at Electric Ladyland as well as at their facility. It was explained to me why they shouldn't really sell their products there. They also have a website, which is easy to use. If you go on autoship, you will get 5% off. They also occasionally have a sale - in February, they had 20% off their products. I really stocked up. As far as the oil goes, it works great for me. I like the assortment of flavors they have. My favorite is berry. I usually buy 500 mg. I use it to help with arthritis and pain issues. It also has helped with occasional anxiety as with sleeping. I usually buy one bottle a month and it works wonderfully. There are other businesses in Louisville that sell Green Remedy. Worse case scenario is to go to their website.
