The first time, they sat on the order for weeks, ignored my emails, and only shipped after an absurd delay. I chalked it up to a fluke. Foolish mistake on my part. This time, it's the same nightmare all over again--zero communication, no shipment, and a website that still falsely claims "orders usually ship in 24 hours." A look at Yelp confirms it: this is their normal business model. They take your money, vanish, then maybe ship something weeks or months later--if you're lucky. I genuinely don't understand how they're still in business. Do they think they're Howard Dumble and can just say, "You'll get it when I feel like it"? Are they overwhelmed and dishonest? Or do they just enjoy enraging their own customers? Whatever the reason, their contempt for buyers is staggering. I love their product. I want to give them money. Levon has encouraged me to keep learning, and I'm quite glad he does so. For some people, they hop on YouTube to learn how to play a SONG; Levon teaches you to play the INSTRUMENT. Lessons are a combination of book work, theory, and a song of choice to help keep interest. I started about six months ago and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon. I'm a professional guitar player who was visiting Philadelphia from the west coast and decided to check out local music stores. The store was clean but beyond appearances this place was terrible. All the guitars I tried were dirty and out of tune; I told an employee that the truss rod needed to be adjusted on one and he didn't know what that was (a music store employee should know what that means). I couldn't hear myself try the guitar because the sole employee was signing and playing at the top of his lungs. I then asked him about how the teacher employment worked at their store and not only could he not answer, but he couldn't give me anyone's email or phone number to contact with questions. Very rude in general. Ive been in hundreds of music stores and this was among the worst
