He appeared out of no where, just pulled up in front of us and asked if we were ok, he ended up towing us to a safe area out of the flow of traffic. I can't be more thankful! My biggest concern was my 11 year old son sitting in the car. I was terrified we would be rear ended by the oncoming traffic trying to go around us. He could have easily have passed us by as we did not have a call into his service. Thankfully that was not the case. Gave them a call and was able to come right in and get the service done. The calibration didn't last too long and before I knew it, I got the calibration paperwork i-hand and notarized. The Staff: The staff were friendly. On the phone, I explained what I needed and they gave me a quote and it was true to their word. After my calibration, they gave me the paperwork and I paid what was discussed over the phone. Everyone was nice and straight when it came down to the service and pricing.
