I've ordered many times before and I know how updates on the order work. Nothing moved for a week. So, I reached out to customer service asking if they could check on the order. I received a response back stating that I should patiently wait for "multiple bottles" to ship (which is usually how I order, btw). Okay, waited till the next week - nothing. So I reached back out asking if they could again please check the order/status and see if something was "stuck". 10 minutes later I get an email saying my order was cancelled. No email back, nothing. I can see the scent is still "in stock" so this is just that delightful customer service they are known for being pissy. It's really gross.

They led me to the Lattafa section, and I got to smell everything without any pressure to buy. Another win. I ended up purchasing a 3.4 oz bottle of Lattafa Yara Candy for about $35. When I got home, my spidey senses tingled... and after a quick search, I found that the same scent in the same size is about $25 on Amazon (regular price). And if you're wondering why Trendsetters gets a 4.9 star rating on Google, that's because if you give them a Google review before checking out, you get one extremely budget scent for free.
