My friend purchased a sign-in book for the ceremony and wanted her husband's name on the front. My friend asked me if I could write it nicely, or if I knew anyone who could. In that instance, you know you should entrust that kind of thing to an expert, and Ana is an expert. She responded very promptly and had questions that put me at ease immediately: what was the book made of? Was it something porous? Going back and forth with a grieving family was slow-going, but Ana was patient and communicative, even with the tight turnaround. She was clear and upfront about what we should expect, and the price for her work was very reasonable. And the finished product was lovelier than I could have imagined. It was thoughtfully placed and even packaged beautifully. My friend loved the book so much and was so happy with the result. If this is how management treats paying customers, it's no surprise this location is and will continue to lose business. People have plenty of options and they will not keep coming back to a place they are met with hostility in place of professionalism. I will not be returning to Macys and I certainly won't recommend it. Corporate needs to make a serious look at their management before they lose any more customers.
